You settle in at the dining table with coffee, easing into the rhythm of the day before heading out to explore nearby avenues and cultural landmarks. In the evening, the hum of the city softens, and you return to a space designed for comfort and quiet moments indoors.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire rental unit accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths, offering privacy and ease for couples, friends, or colleagues traveling together. Room-darkening shades help create a restful setting at night, while clothing storage, hangers, and essentials support a comfortable extended stay. With two bathrooms and hot water, mornings feel unhurried and convenient for everyone in your group.

The kitchen provides a full space where you can cook your own meals, whether you’re preparing breakfast before a day in the city or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home. Neighborhood

Set between Avenida Patria and Acueducto, you’ll be in one of Guadalajara’s established residential and commercial areas, close to shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences. From here, you’re well positioned to explore Paseo Chapultepec, Glorieta Minerva, and the Historic Center, returning each day to a comfortable retreat with skyline views and space to unwind.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.

La habitaciĂłn se veĂ­a descuidada, la limpieza estaba mal, las regaderas no sirven correctamente el agua sale por todos lados y por afuera de la regadera. DeberĂ­an darle un buen mantenimiento y darle seguimiento a las limpiezas.
