Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Book the hotel through Expedia for my spouse and his mother to stay. When they had arrived to the hotel, the hotel had told them that there was no booking for them and they required payment from them. I suspect the hotel was double-dipping. Expedia site said there was no refund for this hotel. Will not be using either this hotel or Expedia again.
