The air conditioning was not cold enough at all. It didnt stay on and the room was hot. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The pipes were cleaned throughout the hotel so the water was dirty on our last day we were there and we could not take showers that day nor were we able to brush our teeths. We had to ask for water bottles to brush our teeth.

It wasn’t great, the fist time I stay was in December and everything was great, last time was on April and honestly it was horrible we had to change room 3 time due to the sink, it was leaking water and smell pretty bad and left in the middle of the night due the ac wasn’t working and they didn’t have a fan to borrow or “any other rooms available” kept us waiting for like an hour saying they were going to bring us a fan and then said they didn’t have any, and we asked if we could change our room since it was extremely hot and they said they didn’t have any and couldn’t do anything about it.

Cons: I didnt like they were constantly making sure my breakfast was included, the waitress attitude, the room didnt have a mini fridge and the shower's drain was clogged. Pros: its clean, most people are nice, its a safe area, close to US consulate and a touristic areas, breakfast was good.

Very clean - 3ra vez que regresamos

I liked the hotel — it was clean, nice looking, and the service was very good. We didn't try the bar or restaurant because Chapultepec Street has a lot of great places to eat and drink. One downside for me was that it’s not close to a train station, and I'm not very good using the buses its confusing. I did see they had a map by the elevator but it was for downtown and not the area around the hotel.😅 Overall, it’s a great place to stay for the night and then head out to explore. They did ask my family if we are from USA aunque hablamos español perfectamente(which for me its always a red flag) It shouldn't matter honesty. Ps. Quiero agregar una foto donde tienen precios pero la app no me deja. 2,700
