AC did not work, pool was dirty, restaurant failed twice with my orders dinner and breakfast and I was killing flies in the restaurant,odor in bathroom terrible in the morning, only person that apologize was bellman Javier, stayed in La estancia for more than 35 years but this is the last time.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Estancia! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. We got there earlier than expected due to attending a nearby wine festival and were so pleased that early check-in was offered at no extra charge. It made a big difference to be able to get settled, freshen up, and change without any hassle. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and very clean. Our room exceeded expectations — spotless, with plenty of pillows and a very comfortable bed. The entire space felt thoughtfully cared for. The pool area was also clean and inviting, with families enjoying themselves in a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. We had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant and were warmly greeted by Reina, our hostess and waitress. Despite a bit of a language barrier, she was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was delicious, and the coffee was excellent — a perfect start to the day. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Hotel Estancia for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing stay!
