Living space This entire condo is designed for ease and connection, with an open layout that allows natural light to move through the living areas. Air conditioning and WiFi support a comfortable stay, whether you are relaxing indoors or catching up on work. A TV anchors the living space, making it easy to unwind after a full day exploring Guadalajara. Sleeping arrangements The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, each furnished with a bed and designed to provide a restful environment. Room-darkening shades help create a peaceful setting for sleep, while closets and hangers offer practical storage for longer stays. Three full bathrooms are available, giving everyone space and privacy throughout the day. Kitchen and dining A dedicated kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare meals at home, with space to cook and a dining table where you can gather for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners. Whether you are planning simple meals or enjoying takeout from nearby spots, the layout makes dining feel easy and unhurried. Building amenities and access Guests enter through a private entrance and can check in independently using a keypad. The building includes elevator access and the home itself is single level, with no stairs inside. A shared pool is available year-round, along with a shared gym located within the building. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street, adding convenience if you are traveling by car. Guest experience Long-term stays are welcome, allowing you to experience Guadalajara at a slower, more local pace. The space is prepared for your arrival so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you step inside. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. We regret to inform you that this unit does not allow access to the gym under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged.
