Pésimo servicio

Pésimo servicio!! Reservé una habitación con 1 mes de anticipación y llego al hotel y me dicen que no unos huéspedes destrozaron 4 habitaciones (no se cómo) y que no tengo habitación, en pleno fin de semana y con festival cervantino! por suerte había una habitación disponible en un hotel cercano pero por la temporada y demanda de hoteles tuve que pagar por la habitación 3 o 4 veces más que su precio original y para nada con la categoría de la que yo había reservado. Que mal que no se hagan responsables de los compromisos adquiridos!

Bonita experiencia

El lugar es muy bello, nos gustó mucho el recibimiento, muy atentos y serviciales. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia con dos balcones. Lo único es que es una calle muy transitada por lo que autos pasaban con música a muy alto volumen durante la madrugada sin embargo es muy recomendable 🙂
