Originally was given a disabled room with a bathroom that was not ideal as water would have escaped the sink. I complained and asked another room and was offered another room that was smelling smoke although I booked non smoking room. Was then changed to a second floor room and was told I would be given a more comfortable higher room the next day however nobody from reception contacted me during my 4 nights stay.
