Os staffs são muito prestativos , pessoal da recepcao muito solicito. A moça da cozinha chamada Marisa ,conseguiu mudar um cardapio devido meu marido nao comer carne , agradeço muito pela adaptação e o marido elogiou muito o Filet de peixe . Ja o gerente Edson precisa se atualizar sobre assuntos de pessoas com deficiência, nos fez passar constrangimentos na nossa estadia . No geral o hotel é novo , confortável e o custo beneficio compensa .

Bom, mas falta manutenção

Bom hotel, mas que começa a apresentar desgates de tempo, e está faltando mais manutenção. O sabonete líquido na pia é o shampoo no Box do chuveiro são bons, mas são colados na parede e ficam caindo o tempo todo. A tampa do vaso sanitário fica soltando e caindo, o Box do chuveiro vaza água para o banheiro e faz uma bagunça, o secados de cabelos não funciona direito, começa usar, aquece e para. A cortina do quarto é curta, entra muita luz de manhã. Precisam cuidar mais da manutenção.
