Beautiful apartment just 100 meters from the wonderful beach of Guardamar del Segura, next to the promenade, one of the longest sandy stretches on the coast, with 15 km of fine sand. The interior of the apartment features air conditioning and a spacious living area that includes a lounge, TV, and open kitchen. The sliding window lets in plenty of natural light and opens onto a lovely terrace with views of the town and the promenade. This amazing apartment in Guardamar is incredibly well located in the city center, close to restaurants, cafés, natural parks, and the promenade—perfect for families looking for a wonderful seaside vacation.

It has 2 bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and another designed as a children's room—1 bathroom, living-dining area with kitchen, and terrace, providing everything needed for a fantastic holiday. The apartment also has an elevator and views of the Mediterranean Sea. This location is ideal for any traveler wishing to relax by the sea. Guardamar del Segura is a fishing village just 10 km from Torrevieja and 35 km from the city of Alicante.

Good position just not quite perfect.

It is a small apartment, very close to the sea, in the delightful Guardamar del Segura. Sunny south facing balcony. You can see the sea from the side of the balcony but not when you are sitting on the balcony. It’s difficult to get the sun and a sea view from any balcony. Sea front balconies only have morning sun! The flat was nicely furnished. A huge bed in the master bedroom and bunk beds. We stayed for 2 months, so missed not having an oven but for short stays the kitchen was more than adequate. We had a few teething problems with the internet but Andreas worked hard to get things right for us. He is a credit to his company. Very user friendly. He also provided us with a kettle and a plug for the wash hand basin in the bathroom. The reason why we are not giving a5 star review is we felt the check in process was problematic for us. The online check in was fine but we had to collect the keys from a box outside the Fidelsa office which was a couple of miles further on towards La Mata. Luckily we had a hired car but I'm not sure if arrangements would have been different if we had had a taxi from the airport. We arrived early evening, it was getting dark and we got a bit tired and irritable going through this long winded process. We have always been met at other properties we have rented. There were no welcoming instructions either and we feel a small pack of information about the flat and the area would be a useful asset. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very friendly, delightful seaside town.
