Front dest need to be a little more friendly and kinda smile more, remember they are the face of the hotel. House keeping the best part fast, clean, and friendly.

The staff were great! The hotel itself was dirty and the room didn’t look like anything online. It’s very outdated! There is a Spa with women and men separated, which I totally understand, however I need assistance walking and changing. They have nothing for anyone with a disability. I fell in the tub! I thank God I didn’t break anything. The only and I mean only thing that was good was the breakfast buffet

Don’t get the room facing the street. I had a room on 8th floor and I could hear the noise from the street in front of the hotel. The windows are not well insulated. First, I thought windows were open but they weren’t.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable in every way. The fixtures in the bathroom are a bit dated, but everything is clean and in perfect working order. The staff is unbelievably polite and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is absolutely wonderful with great, attentive service. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
