Everything at Oro Verde Hotel Guayaquil is great, however I’m having a lot of difficulty in obtaining a refund for a future night that I cancelled. The front desk at the Hotel are very helpful, the issue is with Expedia and another on-line company that secured the reservation that I paid in full.

The best hotel to stay in guayaquil! Darla was the absolute BEST! She made the entire experience so good. To summarize the entire hotel is impecable so clean and well organized. The parking is convenient. There is lots of security. The food is delicious. And everyone is always so supportive of our traveling needs.

The hotel was everything offered and more, the staff is extraordinary, from the outside security, front desk receptionists, servers throughout all the restaurants, housekeepers and more, these people know what it is to host.
