All great except for Irina. She needs training on how to talk to customers. Also the one key only new policy made the stay difficult as we were 2 people. they told us to upload an app on the phone to get an electronic key. The problem with that is that the hotel is in high crime area and we did not take our phones with us when we went out. The front desk staff was unwilling to provide a second key which was hard to believe

staff was great all over except for front desk Irina. she needs some training on how to talk to customers. she answered to my wife and myself very impolite in several occasion during our 8 days stay. with sharp comments about the situation instead to offer a solution right away.

Everything was fine, except the mattress box that moves around, there are not views at this hotel, toilet is too low and the bathroom sink too high. Besides, breakfast is too expensive.
