The suite has an open space full of natural light, comprising two bedrooms, a living and dining area with a small kitchenette and one bathroom. It also has a laundry area with a washing a drying machine and wardrobe areas.
It includes a spacious terrace with a living area and a dining table, that s next to a tropical garden generous in space with palm trees, tropical flowers, orchids, fruit trees, and a pedestrian area that leads to the lake with views to the surrounding neighbourhood. It almost feels like a small private club.
The garden also has another terrace with a BBQ that s available to our guests on request.
Guests will have access to all the services the suite provides, to its terrace, surrounding gardens, BBQ and pool. There is also a small children playground in the garden families can have access to.
We will receive you at our home on your arrival to show the place and give some recommendations on tourist attractions around the city as well as restaurants, museum, theatre, and other things to do.
We are available to you via mobile phone or in person if we are at home, in case there are any questions or anything is needed.
The gated community is very quiet and has many houses with big courtyards. It has private security 24 hours every day, which means it is completely safe.
It is close to various shopping centres, restaurant areas, theatre, cinemas, etc in the most exclusive sector of the city.
It is 1 minute away from two big shopping malls, 5 minutes driving from Universidad Espiritu Santo, 5 to 10 minutes away from great restaurants, the theatre, Parque Historico and Plaza Lagos, and 20 minutes away from the airport and from the city centre.
The easiest way to move around is by taxi. It is very cheap and we could even organise a dedicated taxi driver if you want to.
We will make sure breakfast ingredients, plates and kitchen ware are stored in the kitchenette cupboards, so that guests can organise it at their most convenient time.
We have a cat, Mati, which you probably won t even notice as she likes to walk around the garden. Other pets are allowed as long as they stay in the garden and don t go into interior areas. Guests are responsible for any damages their pets may do.

There is a washing machine for clothes. However, detergent is not provided. There are two supermarkets close by where you can get all the groceries and products you may need.
Uncovered car parking is provided for up to two vehicles within the premises.
