Set on the hill over looking Guilderton, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with several different entertaining zones!
Head out on to the balcony and take in the scenery whilst relaxing in the hammock or watching the kids play in the garden on the play set.
Down stairs is another sitting area, ping pong table and dart board and 3rd bedroom with queen size bed.
On the way up is a games knook with board games and fuse ball table.
Upstairs you find open dining and fully self contained kitchen with all modern amenities. Also lounge, master bedroom and bunk room.
