The top floor has a cocooning area, perfect for children who want to play quietly, or for reading enthusiasts in search of peace and quiet.

On the landing is an office with a view of the church, perfect for teleworking in the countryside.

The first beaches (Poul Roudou and Moulin de la Rive) are just a 4-minute drive away.
