We loved our long weekend at Linda’s property. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and Linda was great to communicate with in preparation for our booking. The neighborhood felt very safe and is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping areas for those last minute items. Pensacola Beach is close by but we opted to go to Opal Beach in Naval Live Oaks for smaller crowds. It’s 35-40 minutes away and absolutely worth the drive and the $25 National Park fee. (Covers 7 days) We also loved visiting the Gulf Breeze Zoo, which is nearby.

The property was nicely furnished for a getway. The internet service was solid and the kitchen was equipped well. The host added some nice touches like bottled water, toothbrushes and other toiletry items. The only thing I would have like to seen with more detail was the yard and patio was not as superbly maintained as the house. The patio could have been blown off, or a blower provided, and the yard was a little wooly compared to others in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and will look to stay here on my next visit to Gulf Breeze. I am very happy with my stay and the value recieved.

Awesome place in a safe neighborhood near the water

Property was just as represented, 3 good beds, everything we needed for the week and very clean! We’ll be back as perfect location between Downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach.

This is such a nice little property. Clean, nicely furnished, everything in working order, beautiful landscaping, and comfortable. Everything has been thought out- toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner and body wash comes stocked. Great owner communication. Probably the best rental I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend.

Great house near everything

This house was very nice had everything you'd need to stay for the week. It was decorated well and comfortable. Very close to everything, about 12 mi utes to Pensacola Beach. The only thing I say it needs is more bath towels because we had to wash almost everyday. The beds were only doubles and we prefer queen or bigger but we made it work. Overallgrear house in a great area!

Our biggest concern with Short Term Rentals is cleanliness. This property is spotless! Bravo! Great amenities and well sticked. And what’s very important? Good toilet paper! 😊 We’ll be back!

Your Home Away From Home

This fantastic rental property will truly become your home away from home! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Tiger Point Golf Club, and Oriol Beach Boat Ramp in Gulf Breeze, FL. It is a very short drive to Winn-Dixie supermarket, and Walmart Supercenter. It only takes 15 minute driving to beautiful Pensacola Beach or 25 minutes to Navarre Beach. The Gulf Breeze Zoo is 15 minutes short drive away. The house has everything you will need to spend a stress free vacation. It is well equipped, clean, it has very comfortable beds, large kitchen table to dine, two bathrooms, very large TV, and very comfortable leather sofas, washer and dryer, and very convenient driveway. There are several beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available for your stay. Ms. Linda and her husband are super hosts, and promptly respond any questions, inquiries, and help with any issues. We love this property, and definitely will be back for another great family vacation on beautiful Santa Rosa Island. This house is a five star rental property!

Winter Getaway to Gulf Coast

The house is nicely furnished, very clean, and equipped with all expected amenities. The back yard has a gazebo with chairs for outdoor lounging and beach-going accessories are provided. We liked the on-site, off street parking which made unloading and loading easy. The host is very communicative and provided all necessary information in advance of our arrival and departure. I’d certainly recommend this place to a couple or small family.
