Welcome to The Soundside Cottage!



This adorable single family home in beautiful Gulf Breeze is perfect for your family's next visit to the Emerald Coast! This 3 bedroom home has been completely updated and is ready to host your whole crew. It is conveniently located in a quiet family neighborhood close to Oriole Beach Public Boat Ramp and is situated between Pensacola and Navarre Beaches. The home is only about 8 - 13 minutes to Pensacola Beach or 20 minutes from Downtown Pensacola! Enjoy the best of both without breaking the bank.



This 3 bedroom home is perfect for small families or couples visiting the area. The huge loft area features a seating area, a comfortable queen bed with an en suite bathroom, and smart TV. The primary loft bedroom overlooks the living room and kitchen boasting extra tall ceilings and lots of natural light. There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs, one with a comfortable queen bed and the other with a full size bunk bed.



The back door in the bunk room leads to the large private back yard where you'll find a large seating area around a propane fire table. The covered patio out back is perfect for morning coffee. There is also a new stainless propane grill for afternoon barbecues.



Bring your furry pups along on your trip since it is also dog friendly. There is a limit of 2 dogs. There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each dog. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. We reserve the right to restrict size and/or quantities of dogs. Any dogs on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.

Cute house

The house was a great little spot and suited our needs perfectly. It was well-stocked with extras like a playpen, beach chairs, and more—things we wouldn’t have packed had we known they were already provided. My only concern was the number of bugs inside. Having lived in the area for years, I understand that Palmetto bugs are hard to avoid, but we ended up killing at least 10 during our weeklong stay. It might be worth considering a treatment. That said, we really enjoyed our time there overall—it was a great place to stay!

Beds were too firm for us. Our hips hurt all night. There was a large clump of hair in the downstairs shower. No blinds on windows facing north in the loft made for bright nights and even brighter mornings.

Cute Bayside cottage

We had a great visit at this property over Christmas. It is located in a great neighborhood near the bay. We were able to do a little fishing off the boating ramp (within walking distance) and it is only a short drive to the beach, about 7 minutes. The home had everything that you might need for your stay, dishes, pans, linens, streaming services, wifi, ect. We were even happy to discover a few board games for the kids. There are several nearby playgrounds and trails, grocery stores and restaurants. The stairs to the loft bedroom are quite steep, for those with very young children or babies but a baby gate to block it off was provided if needed. :)The home was decorated very nicely with a beach cottage theme and was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay, thank you!

Great Stay!

This was a perfect place for us and our dog to stay for a long weekend. The house was super clean, comfortable, everything we could need was provided, and it is nicely renovated. I might have read this from other reviews but the only thing that I would have liked is to have the backyard grass cut; some areas were almost knee high. The owner was super responsive with communication and the check in was a very easy process. Highly recommend staying here. It was a very good location if you want to explore the beach as well as explore downtown Pensacola.

Perfect for weekend with dogs.

This is a wonderful place, in a good neighborhood and close to restaurants, groceries and convenient access to area attractions. The listing was exactly as described, with everything you would need. Great decorations and very comfortable beds. This house was more room than we needed just for 2 adults, but our dogs loved the room in the fenced in backyard. We were able to fence odd the small bunkroom to keep the dogs contained, very convenient. We especially appreciated the small touches like the hotel style bath and kitchen supplies, like hotel style. Great place, we would recommend for small to medium familes plus pets!

Amazing place!

The house is incredibly clean and organized! The listing is 100% accurate! It’s a bit far from the beach, like 10/15 minutes, but still worth it The neighborhood is calm and I felt safe in it, there’s a Publix sand Walmart 5 minutes away I would definitely come back âŁïž
