We traveled with another family and had an absolute blast! The house was adorable, comfortable, and perfect for families. We loved being so close to the beach, and the pool was a big hit with the kids. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we’ll definitely be planning another trip!

This was a nice house in a nice neighborhood but it needs a little more attention as far as cleaning and upkeep. Plenty of room for our group but only 2 bath towels were provided so don’t forget towels when packing. The kitchen had a couple of issues, dishwasher wasn’t working and only 2 burners on the stove were working but we were only there for 3 nights so it wasn’t too big of a deal for us. We did make the owner aware of these issues before we checked out. The pool area was nice and could be a really great selling point for the property if it were cleaned up and maintained properly. All in all it was a decent rental for the price and we would stay there again. I would be hopeful that the owner reads their reviews and addresses the issues their guests have.

The rental is a short drive to the beach. The area is very quiet. The property manager was super quick in responding and getting things taken care of that just so happened to not be ideal. There are some minor issues here or there but the location is so much better than a hotel. Ther

Photos are deceiving

Large spacious home with minimal furnishings. Nice neighborhood, no curb appeal (I realize we are vacationing but a good power washing would do wonders around the front door and outdoor rec area). House (inside) was cleaned decently for rental home. Pool was very dirty- I suspect it had not been serviced in a couple weeks from conversation with pool guy. Trash and debris (tshirt) left outside around pool area from previous guests. This house is in a good location, it has plenty of space for guests, a pool (if you dare), fenced yard for dogs. It is NOT a vacation home shown TLC by the owner and shared with others. It IS a rental property managed by an owner that is likely never on site and oblivious to the level of neglect. However, owner was very responsive when I contacted him. Pool guy came out 1/2 way into our stay (saw some improvement in murkiness of water but needed vacuumed- bracelets left in bottom of pool from previous guests). House needs TLC, photos made me feel I’d been deceived. Wish the pool had been clean and useable- it was the main selling point!! Would not stay here again.

Great spot for a family and dog!

This house was everything we needed it to be for our last minute spring break trip. Th epool was nice, and the fenced in back yard was great for the dog. The house was well kept and spacious for a family of 5 with a dog. My only advice, is bring extra towels.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly how it’s presented online. It was wonderful having access to a private pool on the days we didn’t want to hang out at the beach. The beach is literally 15min away which was perfect for use. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

The house was okay. The best part about it was the pool. The pictures over-sell the house. The lighting compared to the pictures is way off. The master bedroom has see-through curtains so nothing is preventing the neighbors from looking in to the windows. The grass was not cut until the night, not day, night (at about 7:45 or 8PM) before checkout the next morning at 10am.The trashcan was full of trash upon arrival. Fortunately, there was an additional can available. The interior of the house needs some work in reference to carpet stains and paint (doors and walls). Definitely not worth the $475/night that we paid for on top of a bunch of other fees that are included.

Exactly what we needed!

We had a group of 3 families, all with kids so we needed somewhere practical and spacious to hold us all. This was perfect! The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Short drive to the beach and dining. The pool was perfect for when we just wanted to relax at the house but still enjoy some vacation fun! Our host was responsive without being intrusive. Great experience, would definitely recommend!
