Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is a center 10th floor condo and located near the Gulf State Park and fishing/walking pier. The balcony is one of few in this building that is oversized and has new, comfortable patio furniture. Watch the dolphins in the mornings and beautiful sunsets in the evening.

This condo is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing, fun vacation. It is decorated with a beach theme. There is a king-size master bedroom with private bath, and a queen sized bed with private bath. The sleeper sofa is in the living room. The kitchen is also fully equipped and washer/dryer is in the utility room.

The property also has heated indoor/outdoor pool with whirlpool hot tub and deck. There is a Fitness Room on the second floor. You can look at the beach while on the treadmill and other fitness machines. The private beach is just a few steps away and has year round lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent.

This is our 2nd time staying at Royal Palms. (Different unit) We really like this condominium. Everything was just as expected. Teal was wonderful to work with. Their unit was VERY clean and beautifully decorated. And the view from balcony was absolutely stunning! Definitely recommend this unit!!

Great views. Condo is nice size but needs updating. Master bath is small , no edge on shower so leaks onto floor and woodwork. Therefore is rotting. Kitchen is missing alot of things. It was good but could be a lot better for the price.

First time to Gulf Shores

Great condo with beautiful views, comfy bed, perfect location. Kitchen well stocked. In unit washer/dryer is a game changer. The only bummer was the pool, being located on the east side of the building, had no sunshine past 1:30 or 2:00 in the afternoon. But the beach is fabulous!

This was a short get away for my husband and he and was very relaxing.

The condo was very clean and the view of the water is spectacular! We didn’t get the sunset views we wanted but the beach and balcony time were great. Good instructions and communication with the host.

Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed the ocean views so much! The condo was perfect for me and my Mom. Elevators worked great and we appreciated the rolling carts for our luggage. We would stay here again.

Gulf Shores vacation

The property was as listed on VRBO. We had stayed there last year and liked the location and easy access to the beach so decided to see more attractions in that area this year. Enjoyed the 10th floor view and saw dolphins swim by from the balcony. The owners answered all our questions when we contacted them before our trip.

Great Vacation

The room was spotless. This two bedroom unit had larger bathrooms, balcony, and a utility room. Much more spacious than the one bedroom units. Royal Palms isn’t the fanciest condo, but the location can’t be beat.

last gasp of summer!

Trying to hang on to summer with another visit to Gulf Shores. Lovely condo at Royal Palms that met our needs nicely. Great view and comfy beds. Quiet complex. Always a treat to wander down to Sea & Suds for lunch by the ocean. We would stay at this condo again in the future.

Great location, it is next to a state park, so it is not as crowded as the main part of the beach. Condo was as advertised. Hosts were very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome

We had an awesome week during our visit. It was just me, my wife, and our granddaughter. It was her first time to the beach. We enjoyed our time on the water, the pool and just hanging out in our room. This is the nicest place with the friendliest owners of any place we’ve ever stayed. Family Getaway!

Lovely property, pictures were actually what you see. The Royal Palms did not disappoint. Pool and beach were great! Enjoyed having all the seating in the tv area, for 4 people it was really nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Vacation

This property was perfect for our family. Upon arrival, the property was clean and listed exactly as it was. The balcony was huge and provided plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Our favorite part about this condo building was that it was small comparatively to the surrounding buildings and the beach was adjacent to the state park beach and was not crowded like you might see with large complexes. The parking was easy and the gate was accessible. The fishing on this beach was AMAZING. We fish every evening from the beach and our daughter cause so many large and different fish each night. We would most definitely stay here again, and plan to in future visits!

Easter Break
