Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf, etc! Great location in the heart of Gulf Shores! Central location on East 2nd Avenue right off of Hwy 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway). Comfortably sleeps 4 guests. 2 bedrooms (1 king/ 1 queen) and 1 full bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Sun deck.
Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, mini golf, activities, festivals, and the main public beach. Quick and easy drive to other local attractions including Gulf State Park, Gulf Shores Zoo, Waterville USA, outlet shopping, OWA Amusement Park, etc.

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores. Very pleased with thearea, weather, walkability, beach, dining and shopping. Wewould like to return for February of 2026.

Great location, absence of empathy towards allergy sufferers.

We checked in at 4 and were immediately hit by a strong odor from an oil-based Febreze air freshener plug-in that filled the entire house. My husband suffers from severe asthma and allergies, which led us to reach out to the owner for assistance. She quickly asserted that there were no air fresheners present and suggested we simply air out the place. We even offered to send her photos of the plug-in as proof. Following her recommendation, we removed the air freshener and set it on the deck, then spent over an hour in our sweltering car with our dogs, but the chemical scent continued to pervade the home. Ultimately, we had to inform her that staying there was not feasible, which we communicated around 5:30 PM. We were left unsure of our next steps since she didn’t respond until 10 PM, showing little concern for our situation as we had nowhere else to go. At that point, she suggested sending her cleaning team the next morning. In the meantime, we had to secure alternative lodging at our own expense. The following day, she claimed that her cleaners found no indication of air fresheners, despite having instructed us to remove it initially. Given the circumstances, we had to find other accommodations. She refunded the pet fee and cleaning costs, she refused to consider a refund for even a single night due to the lingering odor. I truly hope that if you face a similar situation in the future, she will exhibit more understanding than she did with us.

Affordable, modest location

Not the fanciest place we've stayed but very reasonably priced and location was near to events we were attending. The interior is showing some wear and tear but was clean and the furniture/beds were comfortable (I would rate mattresses as medium firmness). As others mentioned, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would help with comfort. We will likely stay here again next time we are in town for an event.

Overall great

This stay was for a fishing trip. I was able to park my boat along with my truck. The location was great. The price was good too. The house itself could use a few minor repairs that I’m sure will be fixed since tourist season is over.

Perfect location to walk to the beach and all that gulf shores has to offer!! 3 blocks from the souvenir shops and multiple restaurants not to mention the dollar general 10/10 would recommend and we will be back next year!

The property was just like the pictures, the location was great only a 3 minute walk to the beach, and pretty close to other places like restaurants, convenience stores and gift shops. The host was responsive and polite. Would book again.

We loved being able to walk everywhere especially to the beach. The property is clean. I will say that you definitely need to bring extra toilet paper and towels. Other than that, we look forward to booking again.

The property was nice, clean and close to everything. The only downside was the area right outside the property wasn't pet friendly. My dog immediately got several thorns in her paw. After that indcident. I didn't let her walk around the area of the property. I had to take her accorss the street in the grassy area to do her business. Other than that, the property was great.

The unit is in a great location, about two blocks/five minute walk to the beach. It's a little dated, but had great A/C and a really nice washer/dryer combo. As stated in the notice, only one starter roll of TP and paper towels, so be prepared to take/buy more. Limited towels, but can wash as needed, but have extra detergent/dryer sheets on hand. Limited TV channels, but at the beach that's not an issue for us. Could use some upgrades in bathroom and bedding, but sufficient for what we needed.

So happy with our stay

We had such a great 3 day visit and having the perfect place to stay made that happen. We loved being close enough to walk everywhere...beach, shops, food and even a wildlife sanctuary where we saw an alligator! The home was so convenient, clean and very comfortable!! Great location

This condo is tucked away off the main strip so there is not much street noise. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and less than a half mile from the beach. Parking is easy because you don’t have to share space with others. There is a bike rental place within walking distance. The condo itself was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics needed to cook meals. As far as soaps and cleaning go, they give you just what you need for a short trip. They provide basic bath towels and washcloths. We brought our own beach towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bag, and shower items. The bed was very comfortable. Something I need to remember when we travel to coastal places, bring a small fan to help circulate the air at night. It’s not just this condo, it’s just a humid coastal thing that I forget about until I go to bed. We were very pleased with this place and have added it to our favs list for future trips.
