Are you looking for the perfect vacation home for a big family getaway, than come experience your vacation haven At Sunseeker.

Just a few minute walk from the beach and in the heart of Gulf Shores, Sunseeker features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1/2 bath, and breathtaking water views from every bedroom.

This beach town gem is a 3 story newly renovated home with an elegant appeal.

On the ground floor you’ll find a private mother n law suite with Queen bed, full bathroom, couch with pull out bed, 70 inch smart tv, microwave, Keurig machine, refrigerator, patio with chairs and water views, and so much more. Step outside the sliders and relax in the sun on a new Adirondack chair with a beautiful view of Little Lagoon and a BBQ grill

On the 2nd floor, you’ll find the main living area and master bedroom. The kitchen features a 4-person breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous white cabinetry. Grab your food and take a seat at the 8-person dining table or enjoy your snacks in front of the 65 inch TV in the ultra comfy living room. Between the kitchen and the living room is a conveniently placed 1/2 bathroom. The huge master bedroom is also on the same floor with king bed, big screen tv, spacious walk in closet, water views, and a walk out balcony to sit enjoy the stunning sunsets. The attached master bathroom offers 2 separated vanities with sinks, a large shower, and lots of room and privacy.

You will also find a conveniently located laundry room on the same floor with updated front loading washer and dryer, cabinets, and iron and ironing board.

On the top floor relax in one of the two guest bedrooms. The first offers a Queen sized bed, big screen tv, a roomy closet, water views, and a balcony with seating overlooking the Lagoon. The other bedroom offers 2 Queen sized beds, a big screen tv, water views, a closet, a reading area, and a shared balcony with water views and seating for the morning cup of coffee. There is a full guest bathroom and a loft area with bunk beds for the kids.

Blue Lagoon and its highly desired location features a community dock, a shared outdoor pool, and easy access to the lagoon with a walking/bike path that runs between Little Lagoon Pass Park and public beach access at 13th Street.

When you’re ready to hit the town, Sunseeker is only a few minute drive from restaurants, bars, shopping, family activities, and all that you have come to love about Gulf Shores.

We so enjoyed our family vacation at this beautiful home! We had plenty of room for everyone for our family of 6. The location is great for fishing on the lagoon and the walk to beach was close and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with easy access to the beach and lagoon! Bikes were a nice amenity for the bike path. Beautiful view of the sunset over the lagoon from the decks.

Ideal Location

My extended family loved this accommodation, particularly the location. The beautiful view at the back coupled with a short walk to the beach, made this location, ideal for our vacation. Brett was a great host, quick to respond to questions and needs. Highly recommend.

Very nice place and neighborhood. Could use a good deep cleaning of vents. Remodeling project going on in mother- in - law suite. Would stay here again.

Family vacation

Our stay was above and beyond our expectations. The house was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out for time alone and the layout was perfect for family time as well. The extra touches of beach gear and games made it an enjoyable time for our age group ranging from 1 yr old to 55. We loved relaxing in the pool in the evening after a day on the beach or sightseeing. This home will definitely be our go to when we reconnect as a family in Gulf Shores!

Amazing property!

We shared this beautiful house with one other family, and we had more than enough room. The bonus was the "in-law" suite which has a separate entrance and was private and quiet. The house had everything we needed and some extras like beach towels, beach chairs, fishing poles, and plenty of bath towels!This house has a beautiful view and easy walking distance to the beach. We would absolutely recommend this house

The location was great. To get to the beach, you go behind the home and follow the path to the access. The pool was nice and right in front of the homes. There was plenty of room for our family. However, the are no dressers in any room other than the master. The light color material on the furniture while fits the beach theme and I'm sure was once very pretty, was stained. There were little things throughout that need tending to but, when you own a rental it's to be expected. The one thing that definately should be changed it the deadbolt to the front door. Without a key, you cannot get out. Seems like a safety issue. Overall, we had a great time.

This house is beautiful, and in a great location! We have 5 kids, everyone got their own bed. The upstairs ac unit didn’t work the first night, called Brett and he quickly got it fixed. The walk to the beach is short, even with littles. Having the bikes was great, so we rode bikes to explore more.

Beach vacation

We had a great experience at this house. Great location. Close proximity to the beach & plenty of room for a big family. Pool was super. Would definitely stay here again. Kitchen was well stocked and we did quite a bit of cooking. The only thing I would warn about house is that the bottom level is separate from rest of the house. No bathroom if people are staying down there. Great place for hanging out though. Outdoor shower was a big plus. We had a wonderful vacation here!
