Located on the Ft Morgan peninsula, Beach Charmer will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests and is a brief 1-minute walk to the beautiful white sand and the sparkling blue Gulf water!

About Beach Side Charmer

Nestled on the secluded Ft Morgan peninsula sits Beachside Charmer This “Beachside Charmer” is just steps from the beach, less than a minute's walk. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining and the Gulf views from the swing on the covered deck. Inside the open-concept living area has plenty of comfortable seating which makes this the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped for preparing the catch of the day with cookware, dishes, and small appliances provided. The dining area has seating for 6 and there is a walk-in laundry room off of the kitchen.

Up to 8 guests are comfortably accommodated at Beachside Charmer. At the end of the hall, you will find the master bedroom. The master features a king-sized bed, TV, and a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 will sleep 4 guests in 2 full-size beds and Bedroom 3 will sleep 2 guests in queen-size beds. Both guest bedrooms are equipped with televisions and share the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Beachside Charmer has unbeatable beach accessibility. It’s also conveniently located near a number of other vacation rentals that Harris Properties has available, including Stuck in the Sand, Pelican Paradise, This’ll Do, That’ll Do, Anchors Away, and Driftwood Inn. If you’re in need of multiple vacation rental homes to accommodate a larger party of loved ones, any of these properties would make an excellent choice in trip accommodations, allowing everyone to stay close to one another without compromising space, privacy, or comfort to do so.

Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
