A 1 out of 10! Do not rent here!

For the price i dudnt expect luxury but i dis expect clean! The entire place is dirty! The outside was dirty the elevator was disgusting and nkt cleaned once while we were there. Our room was dirty and falling apart. The beds were uncomfortable and the room smelled awful like cheap cleaning prosucts that i know hadnt been used. I dont know how rhos place passes an inspection. The ceilings are peeling off holes woth sharp edges in the tile. No drain cover in the sink water wouldnt drain in the tub. People in the parking lot climbing on top of a car. Someone knocking on our door at 2 am. Very trashy place. I was 8 hours from home and had no choice but to stay for 2 night's and found something else. Do not waste your money staying here!!

Very nice front desk staff. And very clean building and rooms. Only complaint, is that it isn't very quiet. There are a lot of families with kids that didn't keep the same hours my husband and I did. The front desk gentleman put us in a room away from the pool.

This was our second time staying at Beachside. I gave a 4/5 stars because everything was fantastic our first time here a few years ago. We enjoy how the beach is within walking distance and the staff is nice. We liked how our room was next to the pool, facing the beach and things were still quiet. However, this convenient room we got this time was not up to standards nor clean like last time. There was food splattered all over the ceiling-not just in one area but all over. We did enjoy the full-size fridge this go around. The last thing we didn’t like was the mirror was standing against the wall instead of hung up on the wall. You can see the brackets for the mirror on the wall so not sure why it wasn’t hung up. This made me nervous having a toddler in the room because of it.

The person that worked at the lobby was extremely friendly. They came in to refresh towels and rags but never took the trash out or anything. The comforters looked like they had not been washed and the shower had hair all of it. We went and purchased a can of Lysol and sprayed everything down before we put anything down.

The front disc cork was very nice. The hotel needed updating the TV was ready to go out the ice machine on my floor. He said they was working on it. Never came back in 7 days. A very poor experience

Staff very friendly and displayed great customer service. Only problem were the 6-7 young adults in room 409 being rude and obnoxious for last 2 days of our trip. Offering beer to 16 year old girls while trying to coax them to party in their room with them. Had to be asked more than once to turn music or tv down late night. Front desk worker spoke with them multiple times. Nice pool on third floor.

Great stay

We had a great stay for a little family vacation while on a budget. It is a quick walk across the street to the beach. It seems to be an older hotel but the value in location is great. The a/c in our room was very cold and nice. The tv was a little difficult to figure out. Maybe a sheet in the room with instructions would help especially for those not technologically familiar. Overall is was a good stay on a budget and would stay again.
