We have 3 bedroom 3 bath VRBO 113176 (Building 1) Both of our properties are NO SMOKING...NO PETS...and NO EXCEPTIONS to this...we have allergies and we try to provide an allergy free environment for all of our guests!

French doors lead to your spacious private balcony (8'X 22')from the master suite where you can watch the dolphins play, see a beautiful sunrise. The comfortable guest bedroom is furnished with two Serta pillowtop twin beds, but can also be converted to a king if that is more convenient. Guest bedroom also has it's own closet and bathroom. The NEW (2023) sleeper sofa is suitable for children...so unit sleeps 6 guests, but only 4 adults. Flat screen 32' TV/Blu Ray

The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa (NEW 2023), 2 recliners, (new February 2023) and a new slipper chair (2023)…..dish network 43' HD FLAT SCREEN TV/DISH . French doors lead to your private balcony with 2 chaise lounger, round table with six chairs.

Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and has a MARGARITAVILLE FROZEN CONCOCTION drink machine for mixing up all those cool drinks to sip on the balcony or poolside. Also a single serve KEURIG for your morning coffee (just bring your favorite pods with you) as well as a regular coffee maker!! We DO NOT have an ice maker in the freezer. However we do have ice trays for you to make your own ice or there is an ice vending machine in the owner parking garage where you can buy a bag if you prefer.

This complex has two large pools (one heated year round)and two kiddy pools. You'll find lots of beautiful seashells to gather for great souvenirs. WE DO NOT HAVE A HOT TUB OR SPA!! Just bring your beach towels , beach chairs, sun glasses & sunscreen.

Parking is right by building in a secure blacktop lot and parking pass is $30 (cash) for up to 14 days and $40 (cash) for up to 30 days... per car ( max 2 cars per unit) and purchased when you arrive from the security guard

I have a business license and pay all taxes on a monthly basis. We have maintenance people ready should there be any unexpected problems. We keep our second home in as good shape as our home...so you will be comfortable.
