EXCEPTIONAL BEACH HOUSE is the best way I can describe the BIG BLUE house!It was the most accommodating place for our whole family - kids, grandkids, and 2 baby great grand kids. The design of this house is well thought out for large families. It was great to find the right bed accommodations to meet our needs. Having the 7 bedrooms on 3 levels worked great for a single boys bunk room, single girls bunk room, and all married couples were very happy with king size beds and their own bath. They even had graco sleepers for babies! A great pro-family perk!I was pleased with the master suite being on the main floor since I’m the first one up for morning coffee. We enjoyed the main floor deck and the view on the 4th story upper deck which was a perfect spot for coffee and sunrise. The sound of the waves was soothing. The Kitchen had EVERYTHING a cooking family needs. I think our favorite kitchen appliance was the Ice maker! It’s a great perk! Also, the extra long dining table (seat 20) was a plus for the entire family to dine together and for game playing. The private pool was a plus. The location of the house is a short walk to the boardwalk crossing for the beach. The Bath Towels were plenty but I recommend to bring extra wash cloths and dish towels. Everyone LOVED the beach house. It was a PERFECT memorable 50th anniversary celebration and we will be back! Kiva Dunes is our favorite place to stay for many reasons, but privacy and Golf is the main one!
