BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two parking passes available; purchased via email link and picked up at the on-site front desk. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Check in was quick and easy. Didn't know about the parking fee until arrival. Didn't use kitchen facilities. We ate out for all our meals. The microwave and refrigerator were great for leftovers. We enjoyed the great beach view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Had a great visit!

Cigarette smoke nightmare

It was a great location and a great condo. However, if you don't like cigarette smoke, don't stay here. There were more times than I can count where I wanted to go enjoy the view from this fabulous balcony but couldn't because someone else was smoking on their balcony. There were even people who smoked at the pool even though there were clear signs that you weren't supposed to do that. That is my only complaint. Everyone was friendly and nice. The office people were great. But the smoking was just everywhere.

The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was quiet and relaxing on the balcony. The only issue we had was the ice maker did not work so we had to get ice downstairs out of the machine.

Wonderful stay, with wonderful view

It is a “smaller” condo, but just enough room for our family of 4 adults and two children. Has a wonderful view, and great location. To make it better BeachBall Properties is in charge of your stay, and they are QUICK to respond if you have any concerns, they immediately answered and helped us in our condo within seconds. Great condo with great management!

Amazing!

Wonderful location & this place was spotless when we arrived! I did encounter an issue with the code when we arrived but a quick phone call & it was fixed immediately. Concerning the past reviews of the ceiling...we did notice a few spots on the floor that looked like spots of dust from popcorn that fell from the ceiling. It was an easy fix of sweeping it up but it really wasn't bad at all & not a deal breaker in my opinion. Will definitely book here again

We choose to go to Gulf Shores, Alabama every year because of the location and how family oriented it is. It is a peaceful, relaxing place and very enjoyable. Our condo was nice other than a few spots on the ceiling was falling off from the oceans moisture but other than that it was a great little getaway.

Family vacation

Our vacation was in a great spot! We had some issues getting in the door but they were fixed right away with a phone call. There seems to be some issues with the ceiling. The popcorn ceiling falls when the tenants upstairs walk so we had to sweep the ceiling dust constantly. This is an easy fix and we would definitely come back just for the location alone.

The condo wasn’t clean. Someone else’s clothes were still there. Ceiling had flakes of drywall falling from it. Had to clean it up several times. Appears to be a lot of mold around. And the tub would not drain. Only plus was it was on the beach.

1st Time at Gulf Shores

Absolutely Loved our stay would recommend to anyone. Plenty of space. Best view ever!!! Beds was all comfortable and I was worried about that anytime I stay away from home. Easy access to beach, restaurants, and stores. We love Doc’s seafood and Moe’s BBQ. We also cook meals in the kitchen to help with the family budget so we could do other things instead of eating out for every meal. Which saved time and money!!! Can’t wait to come stay again at your condo!!!

I paid for 2 queen beds there was only one. The tub was stopped up. The air filter was so nasty you could not even see it. There was toothpaste on the faucet and dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom doors. Dust everywhere. What looked like snot on the pillow sham. The pool was so nasty my 11 year old granddaughter wanted to get out and gave up swimming on vacation. It was cloudy and stuff floating round. The cleaning was sub par and most importantly the beds were wrong.
