We have another condo in Orange Beach, and we have been renting since 2012 with great success! Please go to www.condeauxproperties.com to see our other units & great reviews!

Welcome to our vacation home, 'Condeaux on the Beach V.' Our condo is located in the newly remodeled Beachview Condominium complex right across the street from the popular Hang Out! We are within walking distance to MANY main attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores! It is the perfect romantic retreat for 2, as well as a family vacation with up to 2 small children, with the futon and bedding we have provided. Our condo is located on the 2nd floor, (1st floor being the covered parking underneath). We have taken great pride in updating the interior, and to ensure that every comfort of home is accommodating to you.

Our cozy Studio vacation home is freshly painted, and has a comfortable queen size bed, with a pillowtop mattress for a restful night's sleep. Also in the room is a comfortable memory foam sofa/futon, with all the sheets and linens provided for both beds, making sleeping accommodations for up to 3 adults, or a small family (2 adults, 2 small children). There is a dresser with an abundance of space for your clothing, and a hanging rack also provided. A 32'' HDTV with cable TV is there for your convenience as well. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, and stocked with an abundance of towels for your use. Our kitchen is very vibrant and equipped with a single cup coffee maker with a reuseable grinds basket and a k cup adapter, toaster oven, single electric hot plate, and the convenience of everything you need, to prepare a meal, if you desire. HOWEVER, with so many restaurants within walking distance, you can enjoy a "cook free" true vacation!

Additionally, our vacation condo provides FREE wireless internet and cable television! All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels (please bring your own as our towels must remain in the unit). There is limited covered parking, with an additional lot in the rear, 1 elevator, as well as 2 stairwells in the front and rear of the building.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT & BUILDING! NO PETS ALLOWED!

We are certain your stay at Condeaux on the Beach V will make memories to last a lifetime!

This condo is perfect for 2! We loved our little beach getaway for our anniversary. It is located in the perfect area, within just a few minutes walk to The Hangout, the beach and tons of restaurants and shops. Mikee’s Seafood (delicious by the way) is literally right behind the condo and we enjoyed mini golf and cheap drinks at Shrimpy’s Grill & Golf. Thanks Carrie for being such a great host!

It was exactly as described. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway. The location can’t be beat. I would recommend that the host get new sheets. Ours didn’t stay on the bed very well and had a hole about the size of a silver dollar near the headboard.

Some clarification around amenities is needed. Its a studio not a one bedroom. There is not a stove top, there is a one burner plug in burner. There is a toasteroven, not a separate oven or toaster. The coffeepot is more of a keurig, one cup at a time.This was a little disappointing as we wanted to cook more than we were able to but my husband and I made it work and enjoyed our time away with eachother. It is super close to the beach, restaurant's, and stores.

Great Access

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location couldn't have been better-just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was easy and prompt, and any questions or small issues we had were handled quickly. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was cute and just right for our stay. It was right across the atreet from the beach which was so convenient. I didnt give it 5 stars because the shower was eith hot or cold. You couldnt get a medium temperature. Otherwise, it was good. The owners are very responsive to any questions. I would stay again.

The condo looks better than the pictures. It was very convenient, and quiet. I will say the comforter on the bed is very thin so if someone is using the futon then bring another blanket. The curtains are sheer-a swap to blackout would make a more enjoyable sleep.Also please consider providing ice cube trays or adding that to the suggested list of things for people to bring. Not a huge deal but just a couple of suggestions.We would absolutely stay here again.

Studio Stay

Parking was a bit confusing, kinda wish enforcing the large truck policy happened but. . Figured it out, felt safe and comfortable. Location was plenty close to the beach and food. Recommendation: Print out current regulations on beach restrictions. Couldn't use my shade close to the water, couldn't fish anywhere close. . Just a bummer, made me walk way down the beach and put up shade FAR away from the water.
