We had a great time! Overall great process, easy to access, and beautiful views just wish it had a little better bedding. Very thin sheets and blankets and the children were cold. Would rent again but bring our own blankets!
As far as the actual room: the accommodations were great. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable, and the view was great! Our only complaint would be "The Hangout" bar and restaurant next door. The "Announcer" and Music were way too loud and went on all day and night from 10:30am-11pm every day. So, if you aren't aware that this is the case like we weren't and you don't want to hear Journey's "Don't stop believing" every day and a cheesy announcer hitting on moms all day, you may want to look for places further down the beach away from that business. To be fair, this isn't the fault of The Phoenix establishment and if we had done a little more research, we maybe could have avoided that. However, a heads up about this from the Phoenix would've been appreciated for people like ourselves who were unfamiliar with the area. Outside of that, we loved our stay and room.
