Island Shores is a 59 unit complex located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Enjoy the outdoor pool or stay inside where your view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico is unhindered. Bring your laptop and stay connected via the free unlimited WIFI. Enjoy this smoke free environment. Use the coin operated laundry on-site. Monthly stays November to March 1. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. No pets are permitted and this is a non-smoking property.

This property has a 2 vehicle limit and requires parking passes.

Island Shores will be undergoing a stucco project on the south wall with an estimated completion in early March 2026. Renters may experience noise in and around the building during this time. Rental rates have already been discounted to account for the construction project, so we’re unable to offer additional discounts related to noise or other inconveniences.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
