This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

True to its name Island Sunrise is the perfect place to witness breathtaking performances of the sun! With an outdoor pool and plenty of space to grill and picnic spend your days in the lazy swing or on sugar sands. The 60 units in this traditional building are sure to please you and your entire family. When you choose this 4th floor newly remodeled 832 sq ft condo you are sure to enjoy the private balcony accessed from the living room direct gulf view from the bedroom all the comforts of home and personal touches throughout washer/dryer 42-inch flat screen TV in living room and free unlimited WIFI. After a fun day in the sun be sure to enjoy the new walk-in shower and a long slumber in the primary bedroom King size bed.

Due to space parking is strictly limited to 2 cars. Monthly rentals November to March 1. This smoke-free property is only missing one thing - you!

There is a one (1) Parking Pass limit at Island Sunrise from Hangout Music Festival weekend through Labor Day Weekend

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

The beach view was beautiful. My family of four had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. I personally like a thinner pillow. The air unit didn’t work 4 out of our 5 days. They did send maintenance out twice but never got it officially working. It was tolerable with the breeze and being in March, had it been June, July it would’ve have been way too hot. Kitchen had everything we needed. I think a vacuum would be a good option to help keep sand out of the floors.

Exterior Doors hard to shut. Condo needs upgrading cleaning and painting.

Was ok. Checking was changed to 3 nobody stayed in unit day before got code at 4:30 to check in. Would rent again after some upgrading. Great walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great location

Relaxing vacation with excellent location

We absolutely loved our stay in Gulf Shores. The location was perfect. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Being able to just walk out on the beach from our condo was amazing. We will come back.

This is the place you're looking for!

Beautiful condo! Fully stocked kitchen, they have thought of everything-coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, toaster and even a crockpot. The master bathroom (once we found it! It was behind the bedroom door haha) was very nice, had a tiled walk in shower with bench. The shower head has an adjustable height which is a great feature. The king size bed was very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit proved very valuable as last year the condo we stayed at did not have one. The balcony has a fantastic view and several chairs and a table; spent mornings out there with our coffee:) Walking distance to Sea and Suds restaurant which is a must visit, very good food and reasonably priced. My only complaint, which is not a negative remark towards the owner or condo in any way, is that the people before us obviously brought a dog considering all the dog hair that was on the rug and out on the balcony floor. It was my understanding that this was a pet free property so just an FYI to the owner more than anything else. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!!
