This property was super clean with a great layout. Bedroom on main floor was perfect for elderly father. Nice to have all the rest upstairs for those that want to sleep in later. Kitchen has everything we needed for my chef son to cook for us. No need to bring toys, beach chairs and beach towels. Location was not crowded which was what we wanted. Great house with lots of extras. Thanks for everything.

5 Stars Doesn’t Do It Justice

For the last 22 years, we have stayed at various condos and houses along the Gulf Coast from Fort Morgan down to Cape San Blas. This house was, by far, the best place we have ever stayed. The firepit and the smores were a bit hit with our young adult children. The little things, like trash bags, soap, aluminum foil, and coffee supplies, were a big hit with the adults. Not having to lug our beach gear from home to the beach was also a big plus. I cannot say enough about this house. It was big and spacious and fit our every need and want. The hosts were phenomenal and stayed in close communication during our stay. If I could give Sandcrab Hideaway 10 stars, I would!!

Amazing location. Lots of amenities. House fit our party of 11 great. So close to the beach. Unfortunately lots of jelly fish but we managed them and still had a great time! Would definitely recommend!!

This place had everything this four-generation family trip needed. Plenty of beds, rooms, and bathrooms. Loved the variety of beach equipment and toys available to us. The littles loved the neighborhood pools. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent property and hosts

The home was in excellent condition and all facets of the property were as advertised. The hosts were great to work with. We used the fire pit every night and they replaced the propane tank immediately when it was empty. The proximity to the beach was a plus and made it easy to go back-and-forth as needed. The kayak, paddleboard, beach chairs, tent, umbrella, and beach toys were fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the home was extremely clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Crab Hideway! Location was great, views were amazing!! The property was very clean and comfortable. So well stocked. We had a large group with several families ranging from small children to multiple adults. We had more than enough space and beds were so comfortable. Fort Morgan is always a great time.

We’ve been to Fort Morgan many times over the years. Sand Crab Hideaway is the nicest place we’ve stayed. Everything inside and out has been maintained well. Kristine and Scott were easy to reach. Highly recommend.

The house was great and wonderfully well stocked and appointed. We did have issues w the internet and not being able to find the router to reset. Was really only an issue bc it rained the last day and some people wanted to watch the fight the last night and we had trouble getting the tvs to work.

Perfect for a Family Vacation

This was one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at. House was perfect for two families (10 total). It was clean and well cared for. You will have direct access to the beach. Beach is away from the touristy areas and was never overcrowded. House is located on the end of the cul de sac, so never had any noise issues with people coming and going. Kristine and Scott were very responsive and accommodating. The hidden gems of this house - location, the fully stocked kitchen with updated applications, plenty of coffee, snacks/smore kit for the kids, water bottles in the fridge, detergent/pods for our use, the amount of beach toys/chairs/wagon for us to use, just all the little things that go a long way. We couldn't have asked for more for this stay. Thank you!

Southern Hospitality at It's Best

The property was extremely nice, clean and we had plenty of room. I was a little disappointed that the facility was actually a duplex rather than a house. I actually might not have paid the amount I did if I had know this when making the booking. If this facility was described as a duplex anywhere in the listing, I must have missed it. The owners were extremely accommodating and prompt in replying to questions and the amenities were unbelievable!

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay despite having rain about 65%of the time. The management company was very quick to help with some issues - Traeger grill didn’t work the second night. There was a back up charcoal grill and the sent someone over with charcoal. Amazing views from balconies!

Fabulous Family Thanksgiving Vacay

We had the best time staying at this beautiful beach house!! Everything was above and beyond from any other stay we've ever had. They really thought of little special touches here and there that you were thankful to have, like a dirty clothes hamper in each room! My ocd for tidyness mind loved that!! But the stocked coffee drawer, really nice appliances, beach towels and accessories that were provided, and so many other things to list that made this place extra special!! Between our Mom, my Family, my sister and her family and my brother and his family, we had plenty of room and never felt on top of each other! The very best part was the access to the beach. It was so great for the teens to come and go as they pleased without having to go too far and we could still see them from the house. Without doubt, 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I'd give it 10 if I could!!! I would 100% recommend the Sand Crab!! We will for sure be back!!

Best Vacation Home at Gulf Shores

Our family of 7 visited Gulf Shores for the first time. We had a 5+ star experience at this home! There were a dozen beach towels, paddle board, kayak, beach chairs, canopy and more to make our visit on the beach the very best!!! The home had every convenience! We loved our stay at Gulf Shores and plan to return!!!! Thanks to Scott and Kristine for being amazing hosts!!!

Immaculate house

House was everything and more we anticipated. Extremely well stocked inside and out. Everything we needed for the beach, which was just steps away with easy access on wooden deck. Fantastic place and will definitely be back. Great time!

Breathtaking

This house was so amazing hospitality was fantastic, we had 8 kids from 4-15 they all had so much fun they all keep saying how awesome the house was! The house had just about everything you could ask for! The view was breathing 😼‍💹 what more can I say! Thank you sand crab hideaway! đŸ„°đŸŹđŸ’™

More than a rental - more like home! Ed

We spent five days and four nights here with our family - weather was perfect for late March. The owners have gone to great lengths to provide a superbly equipped house inside and everything (and more) a family would need to enjoy time together at the beach . Walk outside and you almost on the beach. Easy back and forth - . Beautiful views inside and out. Classy firepit and grill, paddle boards, beach toys and chairs, even eating utensils for toddlers. The coffee bar was part of the best equipped kitchen we have ever found in a rental property. No detail has been overlooked. First class and exactly as advertised. Easy check in and check out. Great location if you want more privacy on the beach. The owners seemed to have anticipated in advance everything a family would need, appreciate and notice in a quality furnished beach home. Many special personal touches. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

This house is beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle and right on the beach .. we stayed with family for Spring break and didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to go back. We are hooked.
