The Primary bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and convenient patio access for easy outdoor enjoyment. The guest bedroom also boasts a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and patio access, providing a cozy retreat for additional guests. For extra sleeping space, the living room includes a Queen-sized Murphy bed, ensuring plenty of room for everyone to relax.

This thoughtfully equipped condo includes a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable dining table, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. Please note that the unit is located on the 2nd level, with stair access only, as there is no elevator.

Sea Oats G103 is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along to enjoy the vacation. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies, and pets must weigh 20 pounds or less. Please remember to keep your pet on a leash at all times, and note that pets are not allowed on the beach.

We were in Gulf Shores for our 18yr old daughter’s last softball national. The condo was great! Kitchen had all we needed. The master bed wasn’t super comfy and cleaning people showed up at 9:30 when we were packing up stuff. Otherwise, would 100% recommend this condo. Very nice!

Nice but could be cleaner.

Overall this condo was nice, however there were some issues with cleanliness. Slight sour smell in hall bathroom and there was sand in floors like they weren't cleaned properly after last stay. Also found dead roach in kitchen cabinet. They was no broom provided which was super annoying trying to get sand up I bought one and left it for the next family. I would stay here again but cleaning staff needs to do a little better job. Condo should definately have a broom already supplied.

Amazing

This condo was amazing. Very clean, simple refreshing decor and a great location. They allow pets. I was afraid it would smell like a dog house but it didnt. My 10 lb puppy loved it. The only negative is they dont have elevators.

We came over Easter weekend 2024. We got a great daily rate. Cleaning fee felt expensive (200). It was dog friendly. Kitchen had everything I needed. We grilled and baked a cake. We had plenty of room. The pool was clean but cool that time of year. Easy walk across the road to the beach. The MB bed was firm. Heard every step/stomp and drop from the upstairs neighbors from 6a-12a. Not unbearable but not what I needed for vacation. TV is Roku with weird channels. You can sign into streaming. The Pope died over the weekend, and we couldn't watch on MSNBC and finally found an ABC station, so we didn't have to watch all the propaganda news. Two flights of stairs weren't bad because they are newly laid with vinyl. Easy in and out our door with keypad. Grass was full of stickers for my dog's paws. But she managed on the very edges of the curb. TV broke and unwatchable in MB. We called the property management 3 times, and they were super helpful and professional.

Wonderful experience!

Pro’s:-The individual condo inside has been totally renovated & is perfect for a family of 6.-The location is quiet from all the hustle & bustle of the night life & crowded beaches.-The kitchen is fully equipped in every way imaginable, no need to bring a thing!-The beds are all very comfortable. -I wouldn’t give a 10 star on the cleanliness; it was wonderful. Even down to the comforters were freshly cleaned! -Check in & out was a breeze.-It was a little difficult to get in touch with the rental co. but once we did, they responded within 24hrs. -The entire condominium pavement was freshly poured & looked amazing!-The views on either side you looked from the balcony were beautiful. Straight ahead is your neighbor but the location made for a great breezeway. -The bathrooms were updated & a perfect size. The master shower was beautiful! -The pool was large, beautiful & freshly painted. Con’s:-The chairs on the balcony were too short in order to see the beautiful views on either side of the balcony. You starred at the top wooden beam the whole time. -We had no tv cable our entire stay. -The indoor hallway to your condo’s front door needed its nasty carpet replaced & the walls painted. It smelt old & looked outdated & gloomy. Not the best first impression when you arrive. -The condominium buildings as a whole needed painting. They were very splotchy & sun faded. -There was no way to show you how to get into your own condo, no signs or instructions. You have to
