Perfect Family Beach Vacation~ Perfect for Family and Friends to gather.

Spacious 4 bed/4bath private house across the street from the beach is a perfect place to RELAX. In the hub of Gulf Shores, walking distance to many restaurants and attractions: The Hangout, Sea and Suds, Picnic Beach, and Gulf Island Grill to name a few. There is even a small grocery store a block away. The kitchen has everything you need and more. 2 Large decks to enjoy the ocean breeze. The large master bedroom is located upstairs with a private bathroom. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, both with private baths. The 4th bedroom is located downstairs. There is an entrance to a shared bathroom with the main living area. There is parking for 4 midsize cars or 3 SUVs. The shared community pool is right beside the house. Beach access is steps away with a cross walk and stop light for easy access. We even provide a beach wagon.

Beautiful space

This was a beautifully decorated and very comfortable space. Just a short walk to the beach. Our family appreciated the roomy living area and kitchen. It was also very nice to have a bathroom adjacent to each bedroom. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Vacation

We just returned from a great week in Gulf Shores and this cottage was perfect for our family. We had 3 families with 4 children 4 and under and we had plenty of room to gather for dinner and also to have our own space. We were directly next to the pool and the littlest loved it. The pool area was clean and well kept.The location is across the street from a public access point to the beach and there is a crosswalk a few steps away. Dana has everything you could possibly imagine available for your stay! Kitchen is well stocked and we made most of our meals. She is well prepared for children with a pack and play, high chair and gates to block the stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Music Festival stay

This is a great house and property. We came into town to work the music festival and were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. It was within walking distance to the music festival, so it was very convenient. Also, the beach access was very easy to use. We have a small child so the pool size was perfect and there were other nice couples with their children playing as well. The stairs are very steep and they are wood only so if you do have small children, there are safety gates in the condo which we appreciated. We will definitely visit again.!!

Gulf Shores

We came as a family to enjoy the Gulf Shores. It was our first experience. The house was very close to the beach and very well done on the inside. Clean! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were all nicely sized. Plenty of seating for lounging as well with a stocked kitchen.I would definitely stay again.

The name says it all “Perfect Family Beach Vacation”We have been visiting Gulf Shores for 10 years straight. This is by far the best house we’ve rented. Everything was just as described. No surprises! Hope to stay in one of these properties next year.

Daughters wedding

We had lots of family and extra things. Photographers came to take pic of her getting dressed with her shoes, dress, flowers and all the things. Plenty of room and the light was great! Nana's Cancer Free Vacay

The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. House was very very well stocked in kitchen. Since I am a big cook, i could have left a lot of my appliances at home. Crock pot and skillet already there. P.s. my kids lovedWaterville for the water park. Only thing that was any trouble was putting sheets on the upper bunk beds for kids. It was a workout. Lol. We will return!
