Worst experience ever. Was never told only one parking spot on lot. Had to park across the street in unsecured parking lot which people were using as public beach access. Toilet seat broken in half made a couple of us blead from how hard it pinched. Security was the absolute rudest. Yelled at us for moving our car over to pack are belongings. Expected us to walk all of it across the street.

The view

I only reserved for one night April 26-27 2025 and had a great time. I enjoyed the beach view, the rooms were a good size. Glad of the floor I was on(4) because I don’t do heights very well. The kitchen supplied utensil that you would need for cooking to eating. Beds were cleaned , white sheets and white bed covers

We truly enjoyed our stay. We went as a large group and rented two rooms. Both had a beautiful view from the balcony where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. Both were clean and spacious. The property was well maintained and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy and the area felt very safe. They have plenty of carts and buggies to get your belongings up to your room. The property is directly behind the Pink Pony and next door to the Hangout. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and souvenir shops. The pool area is nice and relaxing. We also made use out of the onsite grills. Each of us had a blast and look forward to returning.

Beautiful view.. great accommodations.. lovely staff.. this was my first time down in gulf shores.. I will always book this property! The front desk clerk was so nice. I was nervous especially being in a new place. He made me feel so at ease. I got my code and the suite was so big and clean. And the views.. *chefs kiss*.. I really enjoyed myself..

We absolutely LOVED this hotel! Very comfortable, right on the beach, we felt at home! The front desk was very friendly and helpful! We will always stay here! BUT if you stay here, make sure you bring your own shampoo and dish soap, but other than that, WONDERFUL experience!

Location was fantastic. Close enough to walk everywhere you really needed. Beach was great. Pool was freezing, but clean. Rooms are a little rundown, but we weren’t really in it much. Shower was great, though bathroom vent was filthy. $1M view. Front desk was very helpful.

The property only allows for one vehicle. You get what you pay for. Half of the outlets didn’t work. We had to unload clean dishes to use. We weren’t aware cleaning staff came in during the day and they threw away my daughter’s retainer that was in a clear bag by her dirty clothes in the bathroom.
