Fun In The Sun! The name says it all! As the Owners of this terrific vacation rental, we would like to invite you to share in the many things to experience as you enjoy your stay in Fun In The Sun!

What are you looking for in your vacation home? Playtime on the beach? Okay, that would be less than 100 yards from the front door by way of your boardwalk beach access. Fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding in the Little Lagoon? Okay, that’s only 10 yards out the door. Swimming? Try the pool to the back of the house. Quiet, peaceful relaxation? Try awakening in your bed looking out to the gulf or sitting in your living room looking out on the peaceful Little Lagoon, or sitting on one of the three decks watching beautiful sunsets. This house has it all! Located 3.7 miles from the intersection of Hwy 59 at 1964 West Beach Blvd. facing the lagoon. You are close to the many great restaurants and shopping but yet in a very quiet part of Gulf Shores.

This house has a view of the Gulf of Mexico from two of the bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has French doors leading out to a deck overlooking the pool and a view of the gulf. There are also great views of Little Lagoon from the kitchen, dining area and living room on the first floor and from the second floor. The greatest thing about this house is the location. It sits directly on Little Lagoon! You can sit on the grass in front of the house, in a chair under the house, or on either of the two decks on the 1st and 2nd levels and watch the boats go by, watch the various birds catching fish, or just enjoy looking at the water. Little Lagoon is a 10-mile long body of salt water where you can fish (spotted trout, redfish, flounder, croakers, stingrays and many other fish call the Lagoon home) and crab day and night. Of course, you can clean your fish at the fish cleaning station at the pier, which goes out into the Little Lagoon. The kids will also enjoy the shared swimming pool. There is also a small beach area right on the lagoon that is great for the kids if the ocean waves are a bit rough. Have your own boat? Launch it using our boat ramp. This is not a condo but rather a townhouse. You only have one neighbor. Very hard to find a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse with a gulf view, sitting directly on Little Lagoon, with fishing in the Lagoon and gulf, a swimming pool and in a quiet area of Gulf Shores! Enjoy biking? You can enjoy the bike-friendly road equipped with bike lanes that lead directly to the Hangout in the heart of Gulf Shores. If you enjoy deep sea, or bay fishing, it is available just down the road at Zeke's Landing.

This home features 3 bedrooms, all with queen size beds plus bunk beds (with a full sized mattress on the bottom) in the upstairs bedroom. There are also 3 full baths, each connected to a bedroom. Two bedrooms and two baths are upstairs and one has an incredible view of the Lagoon and has sliding glass doors onto a large deck, while the other has an ocean and pool view from the window. The third bedroom and bath is downstairs and looks out over the swimming pool and to the gulf. It also opens onto a deck. There are tables and chairs on all the decks. On the first floor are the kitchen, eating area, living room, and washer and dryer. Sliding doors take you from the living room onto the first-floor deck overlooking the lagoon. The living room has ample sitting options, including a queen sofa sleeper. Note... it goes without saying but sofa sleepers are best for kids! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Eating options include a table and chairs with a great lagoon view or pull a stool up to, the bar separating the kitchen and living room. There is a 42’ high definition TV in the living room and 32’ high definition TVs in each bedroom with Directv service. Plus, there are 3 DVD players and DVDs for all ages. There are also lots of games, books puzzles, and toys for everyone to enjoy. Wireless internet is also provided throughout the house. Finally don’t worry about your vehicles since you can park three small vehicles or two, large vehicles under the house.
