Wow! Beautiful Beach Front Condo-professionally cleaned-private beach-sleeps11!

This is a lovely, beachfront condo, ready to welcome large or multiple families. The balcony has a beautiful panoramic view that overlooks a private beach. Patio furniture includes a comfortable love seat, 2 tables with 4 chairs, and 2 recliners. Three bedrooms and a sofa sleeper offer comfortable beds for 11 guests. The colorful bunk-bedroom sleeps 5 connected to a hall bathroom. Three full bathrooms add to your comfort and convenience. The beautiful master bedroom and the guest bedroom both have on-suites. Every room has a TV and a fan. The living room has a new 70 inch TV, the master bedroom has a new 65-inch TV and the guest bedroom has a new 58-inch TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless-steel appliances. The Wet bar has a Margarita machine. Laundry has a new LG Washer & Dryer.

Free 5g wireless internet, cable TV, and a phone with free local call service.

Great restaurants are located less than a block away along with many options for relaxing nightlight. The beaches are beautiful, and the pool has been refinished and enhanced with beautiful palm trees and canopies. Shopping and fun activities are all located nearby. Parking passes are purchased on the third floor by guests. 2023 parking passes are $50 each good for up to a 2 week stay.

My host Pat was very sweet and checked in to make sure everything was good! Only complaint that I could have was the pool was not heated so it was way too cold to get in and swim. Condo was amazing! Place was spotless, building was quiet and safe feeling!

This condo was outstanding on location, cleanliness, and relaxation. Mrs Pat was a amazing host and checked on us often to make sure we were satisfied as well as let us have a late check out since there wasnt anyone else coming in that day. I cant say enough great things about unit 1203. Me, my bf and 6 older kids had a blast. Kids ranging from 17-11 all found something cool to do. Super close to all the shops and lots of great restaurants, most of our stay we just walked where ever we wanted to go. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo! Beautiful ocean view! Plenty of seating in all living spaces and on the balcony, We were all very comfortable during our stay! The location was perfect,..walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The pool and pool area were great. Will keep this condo saved for future trips to Gulf Shores for sure!

Beautiful condo,great location.Everything you need is in the condo and the location is perfect.Pat is great to work with.The only hiccup was that the parking lot was being paved when we arrived.I called Pat and she was very helpful in calling the manager and telling us the best way to get our stuff unloaded.The only issue was the manager on duty that night was clearly irritated that he was asked to help us and was quite unfriendly.The manager in the day time was very friendly and helpful.

This is such a gorgeous home and was absolutely perfect! Gorgeous Gulf Shores View!

We spent our annual family vacation at this location and it was spectacular! Beautiful views, great location, clean property with plenty of room for the entire family. Pat was extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay. Hope to stay again if we return to the area.

AMAZING!!!

This place is on my top 10 list of best condos we’ve ever stayed at the beach! The view was AMAZING! The balcony was huge and the seating on the balcony was the best! The amount of space and the layout of the condo was perfect! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the pool and the condo grounds were beautiful! It was right in the heart of Gulf Shores, and so close to the best restaurants and shops. The owner, Pat, was the sweetest and easiest to work with. Everything was so easy to book. She answered all our questions that we had, and the communication was excellent! If we return to Gulf Shores we will be staying in this condo again!!

Wonderful long weekend

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend. It was our first trip to Gulf Shores and this unit in the San Carlos was the perfect location. We enjoyed morning coffee with a beautiful ocean view on the balcony and walked right onto the best part of the beach where our rented chairs/umbrellas were ready for us by 9am each day. We could walk to multiple restaurants and mini golf/shops/The Hangout. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions for us as well as a list of recommended activities and restaurants. The unit had plenty of space for the 5 of us, it could have fit double that. I’d definitely stay here again.
