Beautiful Beachview 4 BR/2 Bath Home, 7 Beds, Sleeps 13

“Ocean View" Home from every window and from the large deck overlooking the MS Gulf and Beaches. Built in last few years and still like new. Owner takes meticulous care of the property.

The location is central to everything the coast has to offer. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished 4 bedroom/2 bath townhome. The Master bedroom#1 is furnished with two queen size beds, flatscreen tv, and master bath with jacuzzi jetted large roman tub. In addition, we have added one XL adult length Twin Bed in a private nook room that has private door to make it it's own bedroom#2, being located just off of the master bedroom. Bedroom#3 features two full size beds, tv and also private access to the bathroom. Bedroom#4 features one queen size bed, flatscreen tv, and private entrance to the second bathroom. The living room couch converts to a sofa sleeper with a full size mattress which makes the total of 7 adult length beds available. Our townhome features sleeping accomodations for 13 guests.

The living room is furnished with one sofa sleeper and one love seat, flat screen tv with cable and internet included, and opens to the dining room and the kitchen & bar area . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all stainless type appliances including refrigerator with icemaker, dw, microwave, disposal, glasstop stove, pantry, granite countertops, and barstools. The kitchen is fully furnished with all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, coffemaker and toaster to enable comfortable times when cooking.

The outdoor living space includes a large 14' wide deck equipped with table & chairs. Deck has great ocean view and serves for usage both sitting above deck and covered below deck for lounging & BBQ grilling in the shade.

Primary parking is covered, and plenty of extra parking is available in rear parking lot area within 30 feet of the residence, so its easy short walk to the front door. Situated near the beach, local malls, casinos, nightlife, seafood restaurants, fishing piers, family fun areas. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities, casino fun, relax and later watch the sunset from the balcony off the living room.

Great location and I would book this again for future vacations. The only thing I had a problem with is the timeliness of the checkin email. The entry key was not in the location where it was supposed to be, but the host quickly rectified that situation. They did allow us to have an early checkin though. Again.. Bravo to this place.

What a trip!

Our family (11 of us) went on a cruise out of New Orleans and wanted to stay at the beach for a few days to extend the fun! We booked this beach house for the stay! Check in was super easy! Our host was so easy to talk! Felt like I was talking to an old friend. Gave us lots of tips on things to do with the kids and where to shop and eat! The WiFi was great and easy to log in to! I would definitely stay here again and we are currently talking about when a good time to come back is! Thank you for the stay! It was amazing!

Excellent service and very clean

The owner called the night of check in to make sure we were okay and to ensure we had check in instructions. When entering the home it was fresh and clean, everything was just as it was listed online! The entire process was easy! The location was very nice, close to food, military base, right across the street from the beach, casinos near by, arcade and games, aquarium, museums and so much more. I was so pleased! Nice weekend getaway

This place was as described. Perfect location for us. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the bedspreads & the couch needed to be cleaned. Everything else was clean. This place was everything we needed for 4 adults that wanted our own space. The host was quick to respond when I had a question & check in & out was easy. We will definitely be going back for our next weekend trip.

Quiet, relaxing and absolutely fantastic!

Everything from booking to check in and check out was simple and convenient. Nice, clean property conveniently located near the beach and attractions. We will definitely repeat this stay next trip to Biloxi area. One of the best family vacations we have had because there was zero stress with all the comfort of home one block from the beach.

Great for our family trip

My husband and I let our 13 year old and 17 year old bring a friend on this trip and my mother came along as well. With 7 people, 4 being teenagers, it is hard to find a place that is affordable and accommodates a group like this and this place was perfect. Each set of teens got their own bedroom, my mother stayed in the small room off of one of them, and my husband and I stayed in the room with one queen bed (the only room down stairs). This gave everyone their own space. It was a short walk to the beach and in a nice area where we felt comfortable letting kids walk down on their own. The property was clean and property manage was very kind and checked on us to make sure everything was how we expected. My only "complaint" is that the city was doing something with the water lines so it was a little smelly from that, but that is on the city not the property owner.
