A newly renovated and wheelchair-friendly Craftsman home only 7 blocks from the beach, Aquarium, and casinos. You’ll be in the middle of everything. Keep the charm of a Mississippi Coast home while giving you all the modern amenities needed for a great vacation. A king bed & 2 Full beds with designer mattresses, a full kitchen, laundry room and back yard, your family and friends will be able to make this home base while you explore everything Gulfport/Biloxi has to offer.

You will have access to the full home, separate laundry space in the garage, and the front and back yard.

We will be reachable at any time and are very responsive via the messaging system or via cell phone

This neighborhood is a bunch of great neighbors who have lived here for many years. We want you to feel like you’ve dropped into this amazing community. There is great restaurants walking distance, fantastic coffee shops and cafes, and its never flooded from any rainstorms or hurricanes. Basically, youve found a hidden gem.

Please note there are 3 exterior cameras apart of the professionally monitored security system and 1 camera in the separate laundry room. This is for security only. There are no cameras or audio devices in the home itself. If you have any questions about this, please ask!
House rules are straight forward. The house is old and needs to be cared for to preserve its charm. Its a rental but its also a place to be enjoyed as a home away from home. We ask you treat this as you would your own. Must be over 21 to rent the property. Children are not to be left unattended if under 18.

Visitors:
No Parties or Private events of any kind. BBQ with a couple friends - have fun. Never more than 6 visitors that are not sleeping at the house and listed as such. No more than 12 people on property at once.

Dogs:
Will consider on a case by case basis and there is a $150 Flat fee.
Dogs must be under 20lbs.
Dogs must have a crate if left alone at the house, we do not want them scratching the 80 year old doors from separating anxiety.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

If you bring an unauthorized pet, there is a $500 fee immediately assessed. We still reserve the right to cancel your reservation as large dogs can damage our home. If your reservation is canceled because of an unauthorized pet, you will not be refunded.

Cats are not allowed as Gulfport has feral cats.
