NEW BEACH HOME! Spread out in privacy and safety from noise and traffic! This home features a third of an acre of private green space that is perfect for little ones and pets. Just off Highway 90 and a short walk to the beach. Enjoy coastal views while relaxing with family and friends. This home strikes a unique balance of ample space inside and out, beach access, views, privacy and safety. The home is equipped with everything you need while you enjoy your stay on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers comfortable accommodations for up to 8 people (including a Queen air mattress), with high end finishes throughout the house.

Enjoy the open concept floor plan for dining and relaxing, or explore the outside living space with a wrap around porch and screened in patio offering amazing views of the Gulf. The home is steps to the beach and Centennial Plaza and less than 2 miles to fabulous restaurants, shopping, fishing piers, parks, golfing, children's activities, downtown Gulfport and more.

A short drive will take you to the numerous casinos on the Gulf, historical sites and museums, the Gulf Coast Coliseum and so many more attractions this exciting area has to offer. The home has all brand new furnishings, appliances, flat screen tv's, wifi, kitchen wares, a propane grill, board games, plenty of covered parking and MORE. Children's/baby items are available upon request. Pets are also welcome, as they are family too!

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival by a licensed and bonded company to ensure the utmost in cleanliness for the duration of your stay.

We *loved* this little retreat! The entire living area has an unobstructed beach view. The beds were so comfortable that we all slept so well. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything you’d ever need. Even had bikes and sand toys to enjoy. And the cutest neighbor cat that would wander over and love on us. Owner was very accessible and responsive. We will be back next time we are in Gulfport!

We loved staying at this beach house! We have stayed in Gulf Shores, AL for the past five winters, but decided to try Gulfport, MS for a new adventure, and we are glad we did! The attentive host, the proximity to the beach and to everything we needed was a game-changer. The house was immaculate and we loved the open floor plan. We appreciated the spacious under-house parking. Our dog, Frank, appreciated the spacious lawn! Gulfport is beautiful and has much to offer in the way of restaurants, fun activities, and historical sites. We hope to be back! Oh, and we can't forgot the mid-stay housecleaning that was included and much appreciated! Thank you, Kathryn, for everything!

This house was absolutely perfect- one of our top VRBOs we've stayed in. The view was stunning and the area felt very safe. It was very well appointed with everything you could possibly want or need; we cooked a full New Year's Day dinner with no problem. We enjoyed the wine and the hospitality- including the pretty Christmas tree that was lit for our arrival. We would 100% stay here again. It exceeded our expectations in every way!

Convenient location, very helpful host

The location of the house is conveniently located. It's a short drive to catch the ferry to Ship Island, into Biloxi, or to a fantastic beach area in Ocean Springs. Kathryn was extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions, and was very responsive to any questions we had. A great time was had by all!

Extremely open and communicative!

Things don't always go perfect on vacation. It's how people handle things when there is a hicup that makes all the differece. Kathryn found out from the previous guests that their kitchen fridge had died on them. She reached out to us by phone right away and told us about the challenge they were having and how they were going to get it replaced as quick as possible. Unfortunately the time to get one delevered from Home Depot, wouldn't be until after we were done with our stay. She was determined to make sure we were taken care of & would still have a great stay (so much so she asked if we wanted her to buy at least a mini fridge to hold us over) We appreciated the offer, but we were already travelling with two coolers so it wasn't anything that couldn't be solved with just some extra ice. So to help us out Kathryn ran out an got a cooler for us with plenty of ice in it and had it ready and waiting for us in the kitchen. This gave us the extra room needed for cold items & ice waiting to refill our coolers. What I am sure was a stressful unplanned hicup for Kathryn, honestly had no ultimate impact on us enjoying our stay any less. In fact I'd say it made me enjoy the stay even more, knowing our host cared about our family having a great vacation, and that we weren't just a "customer" to her. Thanks for the great hospitality Kathryn, & all the open & honest communication to go above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!100% recommend to family/friends. Would stay again!

The short walk to the beach was so convenient and we enjoyed the screen porch for morning coffee and evening games. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. There is ample off-street parking and a well stocked kitchen. 5 star property.

Great Place

House is very well decorated with plenty of space and amenities. Beach is across the street. Location is convenient to anything you need and key attractions. If you have little ones the Lynn Discovery is a couple blocks over and our toddler absolutely loved it. Kathryn is an excellent host. We would book again 10 out of 10 times and hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful home walking distance to the beach! Fun areas to hang out outside, lots of space, very clean, pet friendly. We have stayed in lots of VRBOs. This was one of my favorites!

Perfect Winter Beach Getaway
