House was not clean. Blinds on upstairs window were broken, hair in shower, live roaches & dead bugs in living room. Icemaker listed but there wasn’t one, air vents filthy, upstairs bathroom toilet dirty.

We enjoyed our stay very much!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. We absolutely loved the 3 bed/3 bath set up. The townhome was clean, quiet, and well stocked. My only issue was with check in. I never got check in procedures. A text to the host did resolve the issue, but it caused some stress for a small amount of time as we were getting closer to arriving. We did enjoy our stay though and I would recommend this property, especially for the space!

First when we arrived the house was not ready, house keeeping was still trying to get the place cleaned, not a big mess, but no beds was made, and you can say the sheets was washed, but how would we really know, and we couldn't check in till after 4, but it was after 5..when I arrived then it took me a hour to get someone on the phone, and the host didnt even offer something for the inconvenience, other than that the neighborhood was nice and the check out process was good.. Horrible communication

The check-in process was a bit stressful as we did not receive the check-in information until two hours prior to arriving to the property, driving 7 hours from home, not knowing when you arrive if you truly have a place to stay is not a good feeling. Once we arrive and checked in, I alerted the property manager that the living room TV was not working however, there was nothing done about this. We were there for five days with no working living room TV not ideal with children present. 3 out of 4 of the stove eyes worked made cooking dinner a little challenging. There were no clean washcloths on the day of arrival we found them dirty in the washing machine. All of this was promptly brought to the attention of the property manager however, nothing was ever done to correct any of the issues, or even seem like any concern of what was happening. The property is self is a very nice property. Great location great neighborhood loved everything about it but the experience with the property manager made the trip feel a whole lot worse than what it was.

Gulfport Vacation

The property and location met our needs during our stay. The townhouse needed to be cleaned a little better. We found trash in the sofa, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The property was cleaned, but needed a better job done. The beds were adequate, but worn. Overall, it's a nice place to stay while visiting Gulfport.

This property was perfect for three couples. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need; the hosts thought of everything! The community was peaceful and felt safe. The location is great; really close to the beach, "close enough" to all the action in Biloxi, yet far enough away to relax.
