This hotel is in need for a serious overhaul in every aspect. Trash cans in the parking lot area overfull, parking lot not cleaned up, walkway into mid hotel first floor entry not clean, carpet inside along hallway leading to rooms very dirty, the step up into the bathroom in the room is a tripping hazard, poorly lit rooms, rooms not real clean, bathroom needed complete upgrade, TV would arbitrarily change channels on its own, etc. Just not a very good hotel. Don't know how it got the 8.6 rating by previous patrons but that rating is well overrated. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The front desk staff were welcoming and courteous. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern. The breakfast was generous and of good quality. Easy walk (just a few blocks) to the shopping district. A very pleasant stay!

I was greeted at check in by a very pleasant gentleman. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast offered lots of good items. Nice park to walk around across the street.

Staff was so welcoming, little gift bags for us and our puppy. Our pet friendly room was large and perfect for a newfoundland. We will remember this hotel when we travel that way again.

No one was there to check us in. We had to wait 20 minutes. It was noisy, dog barking, water running, people walking, and traffic. The washing machine didn’t work and had to wring clothes by hand. It took 5 hours to do one load. Not a pleasant stay.

Front desk was awesome! Very friendly and accommodating and informative . Clean rooms. Nice breakfast selection and was replenished seemed fresh. For some reason our TV would change channels on its own and was hard to use? Furniture in bedrooms are old and scratched could use an upgrade.
