We had three adults and were able to get a room with two queen beds and a fold-out sofa. The breakfast was outstanding. Close to restaurants, shopping and skiing!

Ok for a quick trip

It was fine for a quick trip. The husband was a little disappointed that the pool and hot tub was out of order and the tv was not set up on wifi. It wasn't really all that quiet either. Could hear tvs in adjacent rooms and doors in the hallway. It was clean though and the breakfast service was great.

Absolutely no customer service from the front desk. The managers and owner of this place doesn't care about training their personnel. The house keepers do their job. They care. Not even any smiles or how are you from the front desk.

Pool and hot tub were out of service and part of the reason to book it was to enjoy those facilities. They gave no date when it would be fixed so we have decided not to stay there again. The juice machine in the breakfast area was also out of order so there was no drinks available besides coffee . The front desk staff were unfriendly and not welcoming. We were disappointed for the standard of a Holiday Inn express.

While the staff was very kind and the location really convenient, the cleanliness was not great. The floor was covered in stains and there was still food on the ground that the dog found. The tub was not clean. The pool and hot tub were also broken down. It would be great to get an email beforehand as that was one of the reasons to choose this spot.
