Great Ski'n'B Place!

Got this place for myself and my friends to enjoy a weekend in the CO mountains and ski Crested Butte. Love the property, plenty of space for activities, and the house is more spacious than it looks as well. The listing is minorly unclear about the garage, thought we had space for at least two vehicles so my buddy was a little disappointed when he brought his new truck out for the weekend and had to leave it outside. Interior is great, modern and well-functioning kitchen (with a fully stocked spice rack!), modern washer/dryer and bathrooms. Everything looks and feels very new.The house is in a great location, separated enough from town to feel like you're in the mountains, but also close enough to Gunnison to make a quick grocery store run. Stayed in CB proper for a ski trip last year, and a grocery run to Gunnison was at least an hour and a half round trip if not more. The drive to the CB mountain was around 45 minutes, so not too crazy for a day trip. The location is also really close to public forest land, so my non-skiing friends were able to explore a bit while the rest of us hit the mountain.Overall, highly recommend this place! We'll be back as time and money allow!

Really nice getaway

Family weekend in the snow! We live in Texas but made the trip up to find some snow this spring. Big yard allowed the kids to play as much as they wanted. The beds were really comfy, kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Overall a very nice house in a convenient location to Gunnison, Almont, and CB. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful property on banks of Gunnison River

Mountain-rustic home with everything you need. Beautiful views of the Gunnison River and only 2 miles from Gunnison. We were in town for a Western Colorado homecoming reunion so worked great to connect with old friends. Would definitely recommend this place!

Loved this place!

We recently stayed at a VRBO in Gunnison, CO and it was a fantastic experience! The property was clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The VRBO was in a great location, close to all the attractions we wanted to see, yet still felt secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The views from the property were breathtaking, and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the mountains and listening to the river each evening. The host was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation in Gunnison, CO!

Absolutely amazing home away from home

The main reason for our trip to Gunnison was a hunting tag but it turned out to be so much more than that! Everyone, from our 2 year old and up, loved the house, loved the area and had such an amazing time! The host was on top of everything and very efficient. The house is so beautiful and sits gorgeously on the creek. I would recommend this house to anyone going to the area.

Incredible home

Perfect long weekend

We had two families with 4 kids staying here for a long weekend. The kids loved the bunk beds. The location and river and home are all beautiful! Because the river was high and fast moving we kept the kids away from the water- but that might be different at different points in the year. We enjoyed the fire pit while we were here as well. We will definitely be back!

Loved listening to the river.

The property was just outside of Gunnison on the river. The fire ring and the river made this place great! The house was well furnished and the heated floors were amazing. Highly recommend!
