Needs improvement to claim 3.5 star!

Unfortunately it was not according to our expectation! What is the basis of claiming 3.5 star! The old hotel was renovated and it was ownership transfer and hotel facilities were not up to the marks! Cleaniness, room amenities and client service need improvement.
