The unit comes with AC, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a private bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. Located in the heart of Hagerstown, the unit is blocks away from the local shops and restaurants on Main Street. **Starter Supplies Information**

Please note that we provide a starter pack of supplies to enhance your stay. This includes:

Cute but..you get what you pay for.

The host responds at her leisure. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but my final day I asked if I could stay on property for an additional hour. The host told me no because she had maintenance coming to the property. I checked out right at 11 - no maintenance in site. She doesn’t seem very flexible or accommodating. There was another issue with parking and I was disappointed in her response. As for the property
it’s in Hagerstown. You either know someone there or you’ve never heard of it. The property seems to be occupied with regular tenants that you will hear walking around late at night. They also blessed me with vacuuming the floor at 8:30 Saturday morning. In addition, if you’re a light sleeper

the train will wake you at 2:30am and again around 8am. The place is cute and has what you need. It’s decorated nicely, but be prepared for the height of the bed if you are short. I am 5’5” and my legs were barely long enough to get up there. The fan above the bed is great until you hit your head on it trying to get in the bed. I suggest a lower base and some softer sheets. I travel here frequently and honestly, I won’t be staying here again. Mainly to do with the host. Hopefully in time she will learn to be more flexible with her guests.

Great place/Great location

This studio apartment was perfect for me. My sister lives in Richmond, and I have friends and family in Muncie and the area surrounding Hagerstown. So this location was exactly what I wanted. The apartment was clean, and well furnished. Easy street parking, and it was close to everything I needed.

Great place to stay as long as you are certain of the location. Very clean room, plenty of supplies stocked (coffee, dishes, towels, phone chargers, great ac, wifi, etc) only issue was parking is just the residential area's streets, and parking around others can be a bit of a challenge. Also not much in terms of grocery stores or fast food nearby, so if you're in a hurry you might not be able to find all you need. Overall though a very pleasant stay. Comfy bed, cool air, worked great.

Something Different

This is probably as close to tiny house living as we've ever come. The space is pretty small, but fully functional with good construction quality. The only thing that isn't small is the bed, which is pretty high off the floor! Good proximity to the Cardinal Greenway Bike Trail.

Excellent with one issue

I tried to reach the property manager but was unsuccessful. The Vrbo website was not helpful and I was very frustrated. It all worked out but there should be a way to contact the property manager before check-in or if plans change.

Perfect Overnight Accommodations

This was the perfect spot to rest for the night during my drive to Ohio to visit family. I make this drive fairly often and usually overnight in Plainfield at one of the hotels there. This time I decided to try a VRBO listing, and I'm glad I did. Loved this little studio apartment and will definitely try to utilize it again in the future!

Cute Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this newly renovated location. This cute and cozy space met all my needs and I’d recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway. My only recommendation is to possibly get an air purifier because the space smelt heavily like smoke either from a previous guest or from tenants surrounding the property. Thank you for a great stay!

39th Anniversary Getaway

Enjoyed the proximity of this cute & cozy apt to the Cardinal Greenway where we biked nearly 42 miles one day and another 13 miles on Day 2. The town has fun resturants and a few small shops to stroll through. Shopping in Richmond was also just a short drive.

Best kept secret in Indiana!!

I am with mixed emotions to write a review regarding this property. I am excited to say nothing but the best of things about the property, it’s management, and accessibility. At the same time, I don’t want the added competition of future stays. Regardless, this is my go to location as it is perfect for my travels to see family, and also have the feel of being home and not actually staying in a hotel l. Thank you very much for providing a “home” away from home!!

Great little open one room studio. Just stopped for a quick overnight stay. Bed was very comfortable. Has all the basics you would need. Very clean , the only thing I would suggest is a hair dryer in the bathroom.
