A grade accomodation

Room condition is brilliant. Always love to stay in Tokyu Stay series which provides laundry machine, utensils and microwave oven in the room. The hot spring at the top level is also awesome. Staff at front desk is very helpful.

Highlight is the free use of the Onsen on the 18th Floor plus the lounge and free beverage on the 17th. Food options are aplenty around the hotel. The seafood market is nearby and you can get your Kaisendon for s decent price. Not forgetting the convenience of the bus terminal and tram lines nearby.

2nd time staying in Tokyu Stay hotel group. Love the washer dryer, amenities and layout of room though not much space for 2 luggage’s or more. The public bath (onsen) is small though.

The hotel is excellent in all aspects. I enjoyed my four days stay there. Even though hotel didn’t have its own restaurant on site but the meal coupons provided lots of dining choices at the morning market nearby.

Luxury oasis in a busy city.

Staff are lovely. Room spacious. Comes with washer/dryer which is free to use- in your room. Comes with microwave a kettle. Great amount of coat hooks for helping to dry the washing that can't be tumble dried. Baths are great, especially the outside one. Hotel has lovely decor. Really close to the station, to the red brick warehouse area and the fish market food street is outside the front door. Negative points- the washing machine has a set of very loud beeps so make sure you're all done before nighttime. The bathroom fan doesn't switch off and is noisy all night, even when I took the room key out of the socket. Okay level of noise with earplugs. I would stay here again. Very enjoyable.
