This is the place to getaway and be refreshed in your own private space yet still be oh-so-close to all the BEST the coast has to offer. This special property allows large or small groups multiple spaces for relaxing or playing with the kids. It offers walking access to the best State Beaches in the area, award winning restaurants, the Half Moon Bay Harbor, Hiking & Biking along the California Coastal Trail, Family activities in the area and so much more.

The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period.

Waves and Sunsets
This is a perfect spot for a reunion. It is spacious, both inside and out, and offers a hot tub and outdoor space with ocean views. Gave us all the feeling of calmness and enjoyment. The sunsets are remarkable! Within walking distance is an excellent BBQ restaurant and coffee shop and the ocean itself (must cross highway).

Nice house, large yard, and great location.
We stayed here for a long weekend with a few families. There was plenty of space for us all without feeling on top of each other. It was nice to have the hot tub and yard games (the backyard is huge!) The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and there’s a few restaurants within walking distance. Definitely the perfect place for what we were looking for.

Amazing Weekend Getaway
We had the best time at the property and the house completely exceeded expectations. We enjoyed the BBQ next door, ocean side walking paths, and amazing back yard that was great for kids and dogs to run around. Highly recommend!

Girls’ weekend
11 women celebrating a 60th birthday in this lovely home across the highway from the bay. Close to everything. Noticed a few ants in the bedrooms, but cleaned them up first night. Only issue was back bathroom toilet and shower not draining by end of weekend. Owner responded immediately and got someone out to repair. Things happen, so appreciated the immediate response. Would definitely return.

Great beach getaway
My family (including dogs) stayed for a few days. Great property, easy walk to the beach. We are very sorry damage one of our dogs caused :( Managers have been very helpful regarding working with us to fix it. We come back (if they would have us again) Thank you!

Very pleasant
Amazing time, beautiful home very comfortable. Decorated just gorgeous with lots of space. The spa was a hit everyone loved it, very short walk to the beach beautiful view from the backyard. Only thing we wish we had was kitchen towels and an outdoor fire pit but was not a game changer. Will definitely stay again.

45-Year Terra Nova High School Reunion
The Wave House was a perfect place to enjoy our high school reunion weekend. The location was near the reunion location at the Mezza Luna (also perfect) in Princeton. Big back patio to Happy Hour and Taco Bar the first night. Huge kitchen table for group breakfast and then a short walk to the beach and beer garden. If you have a group of buddies/couples you want gather together- This is the place to make memories!

Wonderful Space!!
We spent a few days here as a school administration team on retreat, and had a great time. Easy access to the beautiful beach, well apportioned and clean facilities, and overall calm and well-designed space. Our linens, hot tub, rooms and bathrooms, and grounds were all clean and comfortable. We will be returning, thank you!

Family Reunion
The house itself was beautiful and spacious. The host Andrea was easy to reach and very responsive. The only downside we experienced was: 1)There were several commercial vehicles parked out front which made it difficult getting in and out of the driveway. 2)The first day we arrived, we found dirty sheets on two of the beds, however, since there was a washer/dryer included, we spent our first day washing linens for all the beds. Other than that, it was a gorgeous clean home, with a spacious backyard, and the walk to the beach was a plus! Many great memories were made in this beautiful property.
