Checked in for two nights for my bday. Made sure to out in comments I needed a bottom floor room due to medical reasons. Lady at desk stated they didn’t have one anymore and that I would be on the second floor with no elevators. Not ok. Room was outdated and dusty. The shower had the worst water pressure and the tub was chipped. Carpet needs replacing badly. When time to check out, I was so exhausted from going up and down those stairs that I barely made the drive home. Not a great birthday at all. Live and learn I guess.

Frustrated that the TV was difficult to get working. Finally got it on, but then the connection was bad, so the TV images kept dropping out. Otherwise, the rest of the stay was ok.

A bit noisy, right by the road. Good safety bar in shower. Nice staff got me rolls when we had to leave early. Large room.

Sheet metal screws in the threshold to the bathroom. My granddaughter cut her foot red is we got here. Water is barely lukewarm complained he said oh that's hot. When to turn the light on it was unplugged there's no cover on the plugin. I checked the knob to turn the light on and off was missing
