This was one of the better hotels we have stayed in. Clean. Staff very friendly & the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Concern about the outside a little. Looked like homeless people. Not sure

Very clean room and comfortable beds. Staff were amazing and helpful. Loved the free breakfast. The only thing I was personally disappointed about was the temperature of the pool was way too cool to enjoy a swim.

The checkin process was a nightmare. They gave us the wrong room keys. Twice. And we walked into someone elses room while they were in it. When we finally got our room the toilet was clogged and we saw them send another couple into somoene elses room as well. Total chaos and disorganization.

Cleanliness, friendly staff. All though our first morning, there was no bacon or sausage and no batter for the waffle maker. Cold scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast. We were down an hour and a half before breakfast closed.
