All within 5 mins or less- Playground and basketball court, cafe, craft beer taproom and pizza, pharmacy, local source grocery, corner store, icecream shop.

Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off ac unit and close up the windows
You can place the garbage and recycling outside the door.
Lock only the deadbolt not the door handle lock and place the key back in the front mail box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

We have to remove our pets allowed rule due to many guest not having them on the reservation. $60 pet fee for all pets going forward.
Late check out will be an additional $25 fee unless communicated with host and agreed upon

Cute little basement suite in a private neighbourhood with a great coffee shop/bakery a block away. Mallory was very communicative but otherwise left us alone. Family lives upstairs so there are the is usual sounds of family life through the ceiling but nothing too obtrusive. Kitchenette and bathroom are not well appointed (eg. no dishes or shower gel) but we asked for a kettle an Mallory provided us with one. Would stay there again as it is perfect option for short stays in Halifax.
