With a prime location in the heart of the Grampians, this accommodation offers an ideal blend of natural beauty and comfort. 




Featuring four cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, this family-friendly retreat accommodates up to 11 guests. The spacious lounge, equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV, DVDs, a sound system, and a comforting wood fire, ensures a delightful setting for entertaining and relaxation. The bedrooms offer versatile sleeping arrangements, including a private queen suite and a room perfect for little ones with bunk beds and a trundle.

The well-appointed timber kitchen, complete with modern conveniences such as a dishwasher and Nespresso pod machine (BYO pods), overlooks the expansive undercover deck. This outdoor haven, equipped with cooking facilities and comfortable furnishings, invites year-round enjoyment and alfresco dining amidst nature's beauty.

Great house for the family to stay in while visiting the Grampians. Plenty of space to spread out and the fireplace is perfect in the cooler months

We had a ball. The house was the perfect size for accommodating all the family and it was a delightful home inside and out. Very well maintained with a lovely modern kitchen and stunning gardens overlooking a pretty babbling brook out the back. It's only a very short walk to all the shops and conveniences but it's tucked away in a large property surrounded by large bushes so its very private and enough of a distance from the road to not hear traffic. Thank you. We highly recommend this place for a lovely getaway for a large group.

Beautiful, peaceful get away

A brilliant holiday with everything we needed. Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Very convenient location, with shops so close by but still offering a private peaceful setting. Very clean and comfortable. Halls Gap is so pretty and this house let us experience it all with comfort and ease. Thank you! Will definitely return.
